PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Dec. 30:

* Samual Lee Richmond, 34, 70 31st St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and shoplifting. He was sentenced to jail for four months and was ordered to pay $1,358.84 in court costs and fines and two counts of shoplifting were dropped. Richmond was in jail for other charges.

* Elizabeth Jane Marshall, 48, 3100 4th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Billie Lee Simpson, 32, 354 S Walker Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and unlawful use of license. Charges of no operators and driving under the influence were dropped.

* Kenton Ryan Barker, 24, 1103 Lynn St. Apt. C, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to one year of probation, suspended for 30 days of evaluation at Westbrook. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* A counterfeiting charge was dismissed for Krystal Lashae Cook, 30, 119 Willowbrook Drive, Parkersburg. The victim did not appear.

* A charge of a prohibited fire was dismissed for James David Tennant, 77, 15 Mansion Blvd.. Parkersburg. The arresting officer was not present.

* William Robert Lowther, 39, 1104 23rd St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to damaging or destructing a railroad or public utility property. He was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation and was credited for one day served. He was assessed $1,148.91 in court costs and fines.

* A domestic battery charge was dismissed for Shawn Nicholas Smith, 32, Parkersburg. The victim did not wish to pursue.

* Amber Dawn Pettry, 24, 1134 Lynn St. Apt. C, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $400 civil penalty to Walmart. Two counts of possession of a controlled substance were dismissed and she was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michelle Dawn Parsons, 38, 58 Romine Road, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to truancy and one county of truancy was dismissed. She was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* A battery charge was dismissed for Jennifer Lynn Bartlett, 27, 1002 23rd St., Apt. 13, Vienna. The victim failed to appear.

* Stephen Donald Oldham, 44, 903 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny and charges of destruction of property and entry of building other than dwelling were dismissed. He was sentenced to jail for 90 days. He was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* A petit larceny charge was dismissed for Jeri Gibson, 50, Economy Inn, Room 140, Seventh St., Parkersburg, for further investigation.

* Tammy Cline, 63, 309 Maple St., Belpre, was arraigned on a grand larceny charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Colton James Tant, 28, 1326 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, failed to appear and has a capias on charges of burglary and grand larceny. He was being held on a $105,000 bond.

* Joni Lynn Davis, 29, 916 14th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Suetaraha Delanina-Cavial Wilson, 30, 251 Belleville Drive, Belleville, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Aaron Joseph Bigler, 23, 104 137th St., Charleston, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license, failure to obey traffic control device, simple possession, obstructing an officer, fleeing from an officer and receiving or transferring stolen property and bond was set at $5,000.

* Jonathon Edward Hastings, 51, 46 Suzanne St., Little Hocking, was arraigned on charges of failure to obtain stamp with anterless deer and illegal possession of deer and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Austin Michael-Dante Barnhart, 22, 2610 Braun Road, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Zxavian Martin, 21, 1916 29th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery and child abuse and was released on a $3,000 bond.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 4:

* Joshua Amos Gibson, 38, 2 Worthington Lane Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing from an officer and was released from a $1,000 surety bond.

* Austin R. Mitchell, 22, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Dustin Brooks, 34, 1776 Briggshill Road, Belpre, was arraigned on three counts of shoplifting and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Ishmell Urian Ward, 26, 2407 Highland Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Corey Allan Baker, 29, 1726 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Anthony Bryan Martin, 34, 300 Green Hill Road, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a suspended license and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Victoria Fawn Delaney, 30, 5750 Lee Creek Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a disorderly conduct charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* John Edward West, 59, 6250 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* James Allen Willis, 50, 3891 East 54th St., Cleveland, was arraigned on a charge of aggravated driving under the influence charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Jonathon Lee Heck, 39, 137 Clay St., Hambleton, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Chad Daniel West, 27, 1607 Limestone Hill Road, Rockport, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and violation of a protective order and bond was set at $1,000 surety.

* Probable cause was found for Laman Marquai Boyd, 25, 996 Brookcrest Drive, Mason, for charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and possession of fentanyl.

* Burl Dwight One Waggoner, 28, 1110 Johnson Run Road, Parkersburg, is a fugitive from justice from Washington County and was being held without bond.

* Sean Ryan Furner, 28, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for 46 days, already served. Two counts of domestic assault were dismissed and he was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Anthony Bownan, 36, 229 Franklin St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order and one count of violation of a protective order was dismissed. He was sentenced to one year or probation, suspended for 60 days of probation and was assessed $420.25 in court costs and fines.

* Joshua Clay Smith, 40, 611 Elder St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to probation for one year, suspended for 150 days of probation. One charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines

* Allen Marshall Lott, 48, 149 Bob-O-Link Circle, Davisville, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to probation for six months. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Robyn Lee Snodgrass, 29, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to probation for one year, suspended for 60 days of probation and was assessed $88.95 in court costs and fines.

* Michelle Marie Frame, 25, 1936 Barth Road, Belpre, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. She was ordered to report to the Day Report Center and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Juan Rodrigues McMutary, 42, 1714 Rayon Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, heroin, with the intent to deliver and prohibited person with a firearm and bond was set at $75,000 surety.

* Joshua Howard Hedges, 42, 1110 Beaman Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, methamphetamine, and bond was set at $50,000 surety.
