Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Dec. 17:

* Dakota Lee Hekcert, 22, 1334 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a battery charge and was sentenced to jail for 30 days. A charge of making false statements to an officer was dismissed and they were assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Cynthia Faye Wells, 63, 1630 Riser Ridge Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and a no insurance charge was dismissed. She was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Tor Lamont Hill Jr., 28, 3711 12th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to home confinement for 90 days. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Billy Jack Allman, 44, 1608 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and a public intoxication charge was dismissed. He was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Austin Kyle Dix, 27, 149 Spruce St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and he was assessed $295.25 in court costs and fines.

* Tyler Michael Ludwig, 32, 3500 Elm St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of maintaining a dwelling for the use of controlled substances by others and bond was set at $25,000 surety.

* Wendy Suzanne Stephens, 50, 1909 36th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Bryan Crouser, 53, 11422 Staunton Turnpike, Walker, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Travis Allen Scarborough, 22, 71 Oak St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Deven James Johnson, 30, 410 28th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of driving with a revoked license and obstructing and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Ronald Lee Bush Jr., 42, c/o North Central Regional Jail, was arraigned on charges of violation of a protective order and domestic battery and bond was set at $1,000 surety.

* Jermale Michael Lewis, 33, 608 W.Va Ave. Apt. 6, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to violation of a protective order. They were sentenced to probation for 18 months, suspended for 90 days probation. They were assessed $420.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Dec. 18:

* David Paul Butcher, 48, 1001 Dickel Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to required attire for deer hunters and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jacob Hunter, Groves, 20, 10616 Holcomb Road, Newton Falls, pleaded no contest to a no insurance charge and a charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed. He was assessed $640.50 in court costs and fines.

* Colby G. Macmillan, 24, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and bond was set at $1,000 surety.

* James D. Johnson, 50, 1202 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of cultivation of marijuana and bond was set at $25,000 surety.

* Tre Michael Hughes, 27, 219 Millstream Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to petit larceny. He was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for one year of probation. He was ordered to pay a $20 restitution and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines. A counterfeit charge was dismissed.

* Timothy Wayne Snyder, 40, 3543 Tick Road, Vincent, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and one count of driving with a revoked license was dismissed. He was sentenced to jail for 120 days and was credited for 10 days served. He was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Dec. 21:

* Scott Michael Welch, 50, 1107 29th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shooting across a road, linear building or crowd and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Andrew William Slider, 32, 1400 Grandview St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to duty upon striking fixtures upon a highway and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Darrin Alonzo Miller, 38, 2880 N. Pleasants Highway, St. Marys, was arraigned on charges of employment or use of a minor to produce obscene matter and the use of obscene matter to seduce a minor and was being held on a $75,000 cash bond.

* Douglas A. Shafer, 39, 132 Powell Drive Apt. 44, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a counterfeit charge and was being held on a $25,000 surety bond.

* Joshua Charle Hoisington, 32, 18 Oak Circle, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and a domestic assault charge was dismissed. He was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michelle Marie Frame, 25, 1936 Barth Road, Belpre, is a fugitive from another state out of Washington County on a possession of a controlled substance charge.

* Sean Raphael David Stephens, 45, 128 Front St., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license and was released on a $3,000 cash bond.

* Nickea B. Leadman, 25, 3705 Eighth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and trespassing and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Samantha M. Vincent-Leak, 24, 1022-1 Avery Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $1,000 cash bond.

* Faith Renee Maston, 27, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $1,000 bond.

* Christopher James Hunt, 28, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Pebbles L. Schreckengost, 43, Walker, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Dalton Corey Drummond, 27, 144 Jesterville Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and fleeing from an officer and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* David L. Chambers Jr., 52, 617 Riggs Road, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of driving in an impaired state and was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.
