Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 13:

* Nicole D. Ramsey, 36, 1408 23rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery, driving with a suspended license, no insurance, failure to deliver title and improper registration and was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Bernard L. Lamb, 60, 563 Little Kanawha River Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on an aggravated driving under the influence charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Josie Elizabeth Grogg, 33, 905 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of equipment multiple, no registration, driving with a suspended license, lighted headlamps and two counts of no child passenger safety devices and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* A preliminary hearing on charges of grand larceny was waived against Nicholas Paul Davis, 48, 157 Dickens Drive Suite 8, Mineral Wells. He was bound over to Circuit Court.

* A sentence on a charge of driving under the influence was deferred for Wanza Kay Giorgio, 54, 1227 22nd St., Parkersburg, as the deferred conditions were met.

* A sentence for a driving under the influence charge was deferred for Tye R. Davis, 55, 1533 Highland Ridge Road, Lowell, as the deferral conditions were met.

* Caleb Ernest Reynolds, 32, 595 California House Road, Petroleum, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was sentenced to jail for 12 hours, already served, and a fleeing form an officer charge was dismissed.

* Robert Leigh Smith, 37, 6875 Lost Pavement Road, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and a no insurance charge was dismissed. He was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michael A. McHenry II, 19, 549 New England Ridge Road, Washington, W.Va., was sentenced to six months of probation on a possession of marijuana charge and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Kevin Leroy Swiger, 35, 2510 39th St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines. A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 16:

* Richard Rodd Jones, 27, 137 10th Ave., South Charleston, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property and possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine and is being held on a $30,000 surety bond.

* Alexis Denise Hale, 28, 27 Private Drive, 149 Apt. 12, Chesapeake, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $250 bond.

* Everett Austin Wold, 25, 2503 Beverly St. Apt. 11F, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and was released on a $1,200 personal recognizance bond.

* James Paul Rush, 37, 368 Dublin Drive, Apt. 6, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Dale Carroll McClung, 70, 2601 Dutch Central Road, Rockport, was arraigned on a no insurance charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Ty Joseph Willis, 19, 166 Rising Sun Ridge Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence under the age of 21 and destruction of property and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Andrew Breighton Riffle, 25, 96 Rosemar Terrace Apt. 101, Parjkersburg, was arraigned on a violation of bond charge and is being held on a $500 surety bond.

* Crystal Lee Higgs, 37, 918 Moyer Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and fleeing on foot and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Matthew Lee Knight, 38, 2223 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and fleeing on foot and is being held on a $2,000 bond.

* Dalton Corey Drummond, 27, 1414 Jesterville Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer, one count of possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license. Charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance were dismissed and he was sentenced to jail for 90 days. He was assessed $490.50 in court costs and fines.

* Mark Edward Still, 46, 2108 Maxwell Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to home confinement for six months and 90 days. Charges of improper use of evidence of registration, no insurance and obstructing an officer were dropped and he was assessed $440.50 in court costs and fines.

* James Robert Kipe, 30, 413 8th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to making a false statement to an officer and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* A preliminary hearing was waived for charges of burglary and grand larceny and were bound over to Circuit Court against Tyler Mark Hutson, 28, 124 Aqua Circle, Parkersburg.

* A preliminary hearing was waived for charges of grand larceny and burglary and were bound over to Circuit Court against Shawn Demetrus Jones, 49, 413 8th St., Parkersburg.

* Robert Zane Barker, 34, 148 Milhoan Ridge Road, Ravenswood, was arraigned on a fugitive from justice from Washington County and is being held without bond.

The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 17:

* James Grant Zirkle, 32, 880 Lucas Road, Shinnston, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and is being held on a $10,000 surety bond.

* Jon Misha Thomas, 31, 2309 Belmont Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of marijuana, heroin and fentanyl and is being held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Aleciael Louise Conley, 29, 611 Lulu St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an expired registration and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Cecilia A. Fluharty, 44, 1700 17th St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no insurance and an expired registration and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Stephen Donald Oldham, 44, 623 30th St., Parkersburg, last known address, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen property and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jordan Deshawn Colebank, 23, 811 Belrock Ave. Apt. 8, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of driving under the influence and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kayla Louise Menking, 28, 367 Mitchells Lane, Washington, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license, no insurance and no seatbelt and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Shawn Aaron Cloninger, 34, 1206 23rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and shoplifting. Charges of obstructing an officer and one count of shoplifting were dismissed and he was sentenced to jail for six months and 90 days with credit for 13 days served. He was ordered to pay $109.02 civil penalty to Wal-Mart and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fees.

* A preliminary hearing on a charge of possession with the intent to deliver was waived against Khristapher L. Evans, 29, 2741 Roosevelt Ave., St. Albans, and was bound over to circuit court.

* Travis Lee Cook, 37,Central Regional Jail, 300 Davis Drive, Sutton, pleaded guilty to attempting to commit an offense or failing to commit or prevented from committing and was sentenced to jail for six months. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Tiffany Nicole Edwards, 20, 453 East Maple St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to operating without evidence of registration and a citation of no inspection was dismissed. She was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Nicholas Craig Holbert, 32, 306 Franklin St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving in an impaired state and was sentenced to home confinement for three months with credit for one day served. He was assessed $345.25 in court costs and fines.
