Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 27:

* Dana Cotrrill, 49, P.O. Box 5, Belpre, was arranged on charges of improper lane use and improper registration and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jessica L. Crockett, 37, 2407 Beverly St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing on foot and obstruction and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Brandid Lee Jackson, 35, 2506 Broadway Extension, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a disorderly conduct charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Devin W. Dowler, 22, 1415 23rd St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jeremy Nathan Lane, 41, 2303 Murdoch Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Allen Michael Mace, 32, 4200 Centralia Road, Sutton, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless regard and was being held on a $100,000 surety bond.

* Colt Edward Taylor, 36, 1001 Neal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle and was being held on a $75,000 surety bond.

* Kaydee Lynn Hall, 30, 1 Lois Lane, Greenwood, pleaded guilty to a shoplifting charge and was ordered to pay a $1,049 civil penalty for Dollar General. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Carlee Parsons, 38, 814 Neale St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a shoplifting charge and was ordered to pay a $180.20 civil penalty to Kohl’s. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Matthew Wayne Sams, 61, 385 Willard Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Katelyn E. Carte, 27, 857 Harris Highway Apt. 301, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possessing counterfeit money with the intent to utter and was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for one year of probation. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Steven Paul Black, 41, 133 Rail Trail Lane, Davisville, pleaded guilty to operating a watercraft or device in a reckless or negligent manner and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Diaunte Jarreau Oatis, 40, c/o 1734 Covert St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of possession with the intent to deliver and fleeing an officer and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* George Nicholas Parsons, 46, 1022 Avery St. Apt. 4, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a fleeing officer charge and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Larry Eugene Swiger, 39, 45 East Cabana Way, Elizabeth, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of failing to register as a sex offender or provide notice of registration changes and driving with a revoked license and was bound over to Circuit Court.

VIENNA — The Vienna Police Department released the following reports Oct. 27:

* David L. Burke III of Vienna was arrested on a charge of fleeing on foot.

Oct. 12

* Michael A. Bowman of Marietta was arrested on a charge of violation of a domestic violence protective order.

Oct. 15

* April A. Mounts of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Oct. 16

* Michael A. Bowman of Vienna was arrested on a warrant for violation of a domestic violence order.

* Santana E. Hopkins of Davisville was arrested on warrants for obstructing and battery.

Oct. 18

* Jennifer L. Bartlett of Vienna was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.

Oct. 20

* Hope R. Hutson of Parkersburg was arrested on shoplifting warrants.

Oct. 22

* Erin N. Spencer was arrested on a shoplifting warrant.

* Melissa D. Miller of Vienna was arrested on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device.

Oct. 23

* Sabrina I. Swiney of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting and possession.
