Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 6:

∫ Tyler Joseph McMahan, 28, 9555 Southern Calhoun Highway, Millstone, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and was assessed $320.25 in court costs and fines.

∫ Michael Corey Matthew, 32, 600 Hawthorn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of assault and reckless driving and was released on a $4,000 personal recognizance bond.

∫ Chadwick Wayne Stickland, 29, 107 Pickering St. Lot 4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of improper registration and failure to change address and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

∫ Carrie Lynn Wells, 29, 803 Ironton St., New Martinsville, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

∫ Toni Marie Packer, 28, 1003 13th Ave. Apt. 3, Vienna, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and is being held on a $1,000 surety bond.

∫ Dalton Corey Drummond, 27, 1414 Jesterville Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license and is being held on a $1,500 surety bond.

∫ Megan Nicol Greene, 24, 406 Main St., Belpre, was arraigned on a possession of marijuana charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

∫ Casey G. Reed, 23, 1413 39th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no driver’s license, no insurance, improper lane usage and improper registration and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

∫ Robert Wayne Barker, 41, 682 Eyerman, Belpre, pleaded guilty to a no proof of insurance charge and a charge of an expired license was dismissed. He was assessed $370.25 in court costs and fines.

∫ Alexis Katlyn Day, 21, 675 Wayside Farm Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $296.62 civil penalty to Wal-Mart. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

∫ Jason Frank Cottrell, 43, P.O. Box 12, Pratt, pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license and was sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for 50 days already served. He was assessed $295.25 in court costs and fines.

∫ Larry Antoine Johnson, 61, 2906 29th St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of possession with the intent to deliver and was bound over to Circuit Court.

∫ A strangulation charge was dismissed for Chance Gardner Menking, 24, 1616 Blizzard Drive, Parkersburg, as the alleged victim failed to appear.

∫ A grand larceny charge was dismissed for John Paul Cottrill, 48, 15 Henry St., Buckhannon, as the alleged victim failed to appear.

∫ Lindsey Sherman Tibbs III, 42, 30 Berkshire Court, Washington, W.Va., had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of malicious assault and was bound over to Circuit Court.

∫ A kidnapping charge was dismissed for Anthony Duane Tilley, 46, 30 Hanover Drive, Cutler, as the alleged victim failed to appear.

∫ A harboring, concealing, maintaining or assisting principal felon after commission of offense was dismissed for Abby Gayle Little, 30, 1407 Station Drive, St. Marys, as she and the fugitive are married.

Parkersburg Police

PARKERSBURG — The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports on Oct. 6:

∫ Carrie Wells of Middlebourne was arrested on Oct. 5 on a warrant.

∫ Robert Barker, 41, of Parkersburg was arrested on Oct. 5 on a capias.

∫ Christopher Williams, 28, of Parkersburg was arrested on Oct. 5 on a capias.

∫ On Oct. 5, officers responded to Dollar General on Dupont Road for a shoplifting.

∫ On Oct. 5, officers responded to Camden Avenue for a larceny.

∫ On Oct. 5, officers responded to 16th Street for a larceny.

∫ On Oct. 5, officers responded to Pike Street for a larceny.

∫ On Oct. 5, officers responded to Walmart and cited Amber Thomas for shoplifting.

∫ On Oct. 5 , officers responded to seven motor vehicle accidents.

Williamstown Police

WILLIAMSTOWN — The Williamstown Police Department released the following reports from Sept. 29-Oct. 4:

∫ Russell Traugh, 37, Parkersburg, was arrested on a felony warrant charging him with conspiracy following a traffic stop on Highland Avenue. Traugh was processed at WPD and was placed in the WV Division of Corrections with no bond.

∫ Tyler McMahon, 28, Belpre, was cited for second offense driving on a suspended license on Highland Avenue.

∫ Everett McMullen, 52, Williamstown, was cited for failure to maintain control of vehicle on Poplar Avenue.

∫ Officers noticed a suspicious vehicle in the early morning hours on 4 1/2 St and attempted a traffic stop. The suspect vehicle turned into the City Perk on Highland Avenue and male suspect fled on foot. A female passenger from Belle, WV, was identified and detained. The vehicle matched the description of a vehicle matched the description of a vehicle involved in breaking and entering larcenies in Washington County, OH recently. Officers recoverd suspected methamphetamine in supsect vehicle was stolen from Belle area. The male suspect has been identified and the investigation is contintuing.

∫ Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 400 block of West Third St. No phyical violence reported. The party agreed to leave the premises and DV assistance infromation provided.

∫ John Dearing, 41, Marietta, was cited for a stop sign violation and no insurance on Highland Avenue.

Vienna Police

VIENNA — The Vienna Police Department released the following reports Oct. 6:

Sept. 28

∫ Jessica J. McGee of Vienna was arrested on charges of obstructing, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of driving on a suspended license.

Oct. 1

∫ Gerald R. Cline II of Parkersburg was arrested on charges of fleeing on foot and shoplifting.

Oct. 4

∫ Toni M. Packer of Vienna was arrested on charges of bond violation and domestic battery.

Oct. 5

∫ Dalton C. Drummond of Parkersburg was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance.
