PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 16:

* Adam Joseph Hadley, 31, 56 Ash Circle, Davisville, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of willful injury or destruction of property and was bound over to circuit court.

* William Joshua Miller, 36, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and a charge of possession of fentanyl and fleeing from an officer was dismissed. He was sentenced to one year and six months of jail time combined for both charges. He was assessed $340.50 in fines and costs.

* Michael Dale Gribble, 40, 215 11th St. Apt. 5A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of maintaining a dwelling for the use/sale of controlled substances and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Leigh Ann Crawford, 39, 621 32nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of a DUI, leaving the scene and failure to maintain control and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Lori Fay Fluharty, 44, 1904 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession fentanyl and marijuana with intent to deliver and is being held on a $15,000 cash bond.

* Roger Dale Logston Jr., 47, 602 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Zachary E. Hupp, 29, 56 South Lake Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating without an inspection.

* A juvenile pleaded no contest to speeding and a no proof of insurance charge was dismissed. He was assessed $180.25 in fines and costs.

The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 17:

* Nathan Charles Davis, 34, 2511 Division St. Ext., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended or revoked license and was assessed $270.25 in fines and costs.

* Roger Dean Walker II, 23, 51 Orange Rd., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to a no seatbelt charge.

* Anthony J. Slater, 33, 5517 Elkriver Road N, Elkview, was arraigned on a driving on a suspended license charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Nicholas Paul Davis, 48, 157 Dickens Drive B, Mineral Wells, last known address, was arraigned on a grand larceny charge and is being held on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Josefa Dawn Morris, 51, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of transferring or receiving a stolen vehicle and is being held on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Jessica N. Swisher, 33, 1509 27th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* James Jeremy Weltner, 44, 1629 Badgley Fork Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on an obstructing an officer charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Joseph Oiron Carden, 30, 1810 Wilmore Walk Drive, Charlotte, N.C., pleaded no contest to a no personal flotation device on paddle board charge and was assessed $190.25 in fines and costs.

* Katelyn Rebecca Dulaney, 20, 992 Pond Creek Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to no citation code provided by state DUI and was sentenced to 19 hours in jail, already served. She was dismissed on charges of unlawful acts of persons and left of center and was assessed $370.25 in fines and costs.

* Max Eugene Rowe II, 37, 2604 Pike St. Apt. 13, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to one year of probation, suspended for 30 days. He was assessed $170.25 in fines and costs.

* Jennifer Lynn Vincent, 40, 407 Park Ave., Charleston, was found guilty on a driving while impaired charge and she was assessed $120 in fines and costs.

* Jamey Friend, 43, 2005 4th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was assessed $220.25 in fines and costs.

* John Alan Sattler, 30, 650 13th St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was dismissed on a possession of a controlled substance charge.

* Jaseina Shaire Craft, 34, 1155 Staunton Turnpike, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fraudulent and related activity in connection with an access device and was sentenced to six months in jail, suspended for one year of probation. A charge of fraudulent and related activity in connection with access devices was dismissed and she was assessed $425.25 in fines and costs..

* Caleb Wayne Owens, 33, 1320 Oak St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license and was sentenced to jail for 30 days. He was dismissed on charges of interference with officers or members and false information. He was assessed $270.25 in fines and costs..
