Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 11:

* Madison Elizabeth Donaway, 22, 147 Fox Run, Apt. 21, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on a personal recognizance bond.

* Jennifer Rose Hopkins, 25, 800 Jackson Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of assault and brandishing a deadly weapon and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jacob Levi Shields, 28, 646 Liberty St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-degree robbery and held without bond.

* Janet Lynn Maley, 41, P.O. Box 3618, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Sarah Beth Wise, 36, 917 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kevin Scott Ball, 48, 607 Seventh Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a license revoked for driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license and expired registration and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Dakota Lee Heckert, 21, 1334 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery and making false statements to an officer and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Gurmel Lyman McDonald, 33, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense domestic battery and bond was set at $1,000 surety.

* Caleb Wayne Owens, 35, 1320 Oak St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of first-offense driving on a license revoked for DUI and providing false information and bond was set at $500.

* Sherry Regenia Owens, 34, 1320 Oak St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of providing false information and released on a $500 bond.

* Matthew David Sadler, 32, care of 540 College Parkway, Apt. 114, Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of unlawful manufacture/delivery/transport/possession of fentanyl, and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Timothy L. Rogers, 41, 662 DeVaughn Road, Waverly, waived a preliminary hearing on three counts of failure to appear, and the case was transferred to circuit court.

* Shane Andrew Salyers, 32, 595 Shiloh Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to charges of no vehicle insurance; operation of vehicle without safety belt; and driving on a suspended/revoked license, general. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for six months unsupervised probation, and was assessed $465.50 in fines and court costs. Charges of operation of a vehicle without evidence of registration and unsafe and improperly equipped vehicles were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Chase Russel Fitzgerald, 30, care of 3605 Dona Drive, Zanesville, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended for two years unsupervised probation, with credit for one day served. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs. Charges of failure to provide fingerprints and battery of a government employee were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Trina Dove Shell, 44, 17371 Kinsman Road, Apt. 5, Middlefield, Ohio, pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor and received two years unsupervised probation. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs.

* Keiran James Spader, 28, 1410 10th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year unsupervised probation. He was also admitted to the drug court program for six months and assessed $170.25 in fines and court costs.

* Cameron Joe Wriston, 21, 303 38th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for six months unsupervised probation. He was assessed $330.25 in court costs and restitution.

* Sammy Eugene Messer, 53, 1104 1/2 39th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Richard Glen Griffith, 32, 445 Pine Drive, Point Pleasant, W.Va., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was assessed $270.25 in fines and court costs.

* Deanna Maria Bunner, 43, 1614 Race St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, less than $500, reduced from the original charge of second-offense shoplifting, less than $500. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs, ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315.70 to Walmart and prohibited from returning to Walmart.

* Rachel Nicole Wyer, 35, 93 Apple Road, Davisville, pleaded no contest to speeding and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs.

* Sean Ryan Rice, 27, 1294 Lakewood Circle, Washington, W.Va., pleaded no contest to a boating safety certification violation and was assessed $190.25 in fines and court costs.

* Eugene Matthew McCune, 38, 213 Simmons Drive, Ripley, pleaded guilty to speeding, 10 mph or less above the limit, and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs.

* Glorie Jean Helton, 76, 727 29th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no seat belt and was fined $25.
