Wood magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 9-10:

• Kelli Marlene Bauso, 48, 1788 R Fork French Creek Road, St. Marys, pleaded no contest to speeding and was assessed $185.25 in fines and court costs.

• Lawrence William Lester, 37, 24 Cowan Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to operation without or failure to produce an inspection certificate and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs.

• Jodie N. Hess, 34, 1517 Congress Road, Belpre, pleaded guilty to speeding, 10 mph or less over the limit, and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs.

• Jason Lee Caplinger, 35, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense domestic battery and bond was set at $5,000 surety.

• Jason Dean Wade, 45, 405 Crescent St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and marijuana, and one count each of driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous, reckless driving, fleeing from an officer in a vehicle and seat belt violation. He was released on a $4,000 surety bond.

• Fred Whitaker Newton Jr., 76, 71 New England Court, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of driving on a license revoked for driving under the influence and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond. He also pleaded guilty to no operator’s license and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs.

• Hannah Elizabeth Dorsey, 31, 8 Meadowview Lane, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of forgery and uttering and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

• A charge of prohibited person possessing a firearm was dismissed against Brandon McHenry Coss, 33, 69 Coss Lane, Glady, W.Va., because he had not been served with a protective order at the time of his arrest.

• Justin Lashawn Davis, 26, 1402 Andrew St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing and was assessed $220.25 in fines and court costs.

• Joshua Allen Westbrook, 32, 649 Wayside Farms Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI, a lesser included offense to the original charge of aggravated DUI; leaving the scene of an accident involving damage to a vehicle; and failure to maintain control. He was sentenced to 10 hours in jail, with credit for 10 hours served, and 10 days in jail, suspended for six months unsupervised probation. He was also assessed $645.50 in fines and court costs.

• James Dale Leary, 39, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to obstructing and domestic assault and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year unsupervised probation. He was also assessed $440.50 in fines and court costs. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

• Crystal Kay Williams, 41, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and domestic assault and was assessed $380.50 in fines and court costs. Charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

• Michael Ray Sulsberger Jr., 44, 2313 Belmont Road, Parkersburg, waived preliminary hearings on five counts of forgery/uttering, and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

• Keiran James Spader, 29, 1410 10th St., Vienna, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and the case was bound over to circuit court.

• Joshua Montgomery, 36, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, and sentencing was deferred for 12 months. If terms of the plea agreement are met in that time, the charge will be dismissed. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs. A charge of child abuse resulting in injury was dismissed as part of the agreement.

• Brian C. Bravine, 48, 105 State Route 555, Apt. 3, Little Hocking, pleaded guilty to speeding, 10 mph or less over the limit, and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs.

• Logan Michael Ball, 23, 102 Island View Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs.

• Lorrie Ann Dailey, 27, 4321 Sayer Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding, 10 mph or less over the limit, and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs.

• Corey Frank Bonar, 33, 447 Rannis Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended/revoked license and was assessed $270.25 in fines and court costs.

• Gage R. Foutty, 23, 702 19th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to speeding, 10 mph or less over the limit, and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 14:

• Joshua Charles Hoisington, 32, 18 Oak Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of assault and obstructing an officer and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

• Melisa Kae Hummel, 26, 2520 Willowrow Ave. NE, Canton, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Daniel James Drenne, 38, 1432 30th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, marijuana, and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

• Jason Leigh Richards, 42, 1067 Sealy Ridge Rd., Vincent, was arraigned on charges of driving while impaired and driving with a revoked license and bond was set at $5,000 cash.

• George Russell Weigand, 30, 133 45th St., Canton, was arraigned on a possession with intent to deliver, heroin and fentanyl, charge and bond was set at $10,000 cash.

• Fred Frank Kerby, 39, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $500 surety bond.

• Eddie Gloeckner, 29, 646 Liberty St. Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a conspiracy to commit a robbery charge and bond was set at $20,000 surety.

• Zacharcy P. Schoolcraft, 28, 1114 Walsh Rd., Vincent, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and obstructing and was released on a $500 surety bond.

• Dana Paul Persinger Jr., 32, homeless, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, obstructing, driving on a suspended license and no insurance and bond was set at $2,000 surety.

• Michael Keith Allman, 37, 923 E 12th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Bryanna M. Sabatino, 34, homeless, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.

• Clyde M. Willis, 23, homeless, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Aleeha Jeanice Miller, 22, 1933 Princeton St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.

• Jesse D. Palmer, 34, 1700 Woodware Ave., Springfield, pleaded no contest to a no seatbelt charge and fine $25 and was dismissed on a no insurance charge.

• Brady Thomas Radabaugh, 26, 1451 Hill St., Belpre, pleaded no contest to a no seatbelt charge and was fined $25.

• Richard S. Bohl, 26, 6589 State Route 676, Stockport, pleaded no contest to a no seatbelt charge and was fined $25.

• Daniel Lawrence McGrew, 31, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $200.25 in court fines.

• Tiffany Jean Burwell, 34, 11391 Staunton Tpk., Walker, pleaded no contest to a no insurance charge and was assessed $370.25 in court fines.

• Michael L. Hughes, 52, 219 Millstream Rd., Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to a no seatbelt charge and was fined $25.
