PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 22:

* Brian Edward Greene, 58, 1710 31st St., Apt. 1, pleaded guilty to a no seatbelt charge and was assessed $25 in court fines.

* Matthew D. Robinson, 57, 4180 Sugar Run Road, Marietta, pleaded no contest to citations of an insufficient personal flotation device and an overloaded vessel charge and was assessed $180.50 in court fines.

* Ashley Lynn Ohise, 38, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic assault and obstructing an officer and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kevin L. Allen, 54, 705 Wallace Road, Little Hocking, was arraigned on a charge of writing a worthless check and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* William Conley Eads, 41, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of first-degree armed robbery and bond was set at $5,000 cash.

* Carlos Craig Sponougle, 51, Troy, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and was released on a $500 cash bond.

* Christopher Charles Venham, 35, 2703 Norwood St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of assault, destruction of property and brandishing and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Curtis Howard Root III, 55, 432 Henderson Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Paul Michael Marsolek, 43, 5925 MacCorkle Ave., St. Albans, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and destruction of property and was released on a $3,000 bond.

* Andrew Breighton Riffle, 25, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and shoplifting and was released on a $600 surety bond.

* Eric Raber Wade, 58, 4606 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of petit larceny and was sentenced to one year of probation, suspended for 30 days. He was assessed $390.25 in court fines.

* David Christopher Smith, 39, 1017 18th St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of fraudulent and related activity in connection with access devices and was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Kerri Ann Lafaton, 42, 9516 Veto Road, Belpre, pleaded no contest to making/issuing a worthless check and was assessed $375.25 in court fines.

* Charges of domestic battery and destruction of property were dismissed against Charles Dillon Seaford, 20, Belpre,

PARKERSBURG — The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports Sept. 21:

* Nathan Williams, 26, was arrested Sept. 18 on a capias.

* Russell Erb, 25, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 18 on a capias.

* Brian Wise, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 20 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

* Skylar Rose, 20, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 20 on a domestic battery charge.

* Khalil Young, 21, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 20 on a domestic battery charge.

* On Sept. 18, officers responded to Lincoln Avenue in reference to a vehicle entry.

* On Sept. 18, officers responded to Speedway on Division Street in reference to a counterfeit bill.

* On Sept. 18, officers responded to Astorg Body shop on 13th Street in reference to a larceny.

* On Sept. 18, officers responded to Walmart and cited Brittany Buckley for shoplifting.

* On Sept. 18, officers responded to Emerson Avenue in reference to a stolen wallet.

* On Sept. 19, officers responded to Oak Street in reference to a stolen motorcycle.

* On Sept. 19, officers responded to 36th Street in reference to a burglary that already occurred.

* On Sept. 20, officers responded to 20th Street in reference to a vehicle entry.

* On Sept. 20, officers responded to Market Street in reference to a breaking and entering.

* On Sept. 20, officers responded to CVS on Seventh Street in reference to shoplifting.

* On Sept. 20, officers responded to Walmart and cited Stormy Johnson for shoplifting.

* On Sept. 20, officers responded to Fourth Avenue in reference to a breaking and entering that already occurred.

* Between Sept. 18-20, officers responded to six motor vehicle accident.
