PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports between June 18-29:

* Tyler Joseph McMahan, 28, 9555 S. Calhoun Highway, Millstone, W.Va., pleaded guilty to speeding, 31 mph in a 25 mph zone, and second-offense driving on a suspended/revoked license and was assessed $500.50 in fines and court costs.

* Edward Lee Townsend, 45, 6532 Pike St., Mineral Wells, pleaded no contest to a charge of failure to maintain control and was assessed $190.25 in fines and court costs.

* Jeffrey Allen Enoch, 20, 369 Lincolnshire Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded no contest to a charge of a red light violation and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed.

* A 17-year-old Walker resident pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and was fined $25.

* Dustin Jordan Krebs, 32, 917 Rayon Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of failure to obey a traffic control device and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 6:

* James Ray Eddy, 38, 49 Dutch Hills Terrace, Apt. 115, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Mark Jason Brown, 41, 1203 Mary St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of wanton endangerment involving a firearm and released on a $20,000 surety bond.

* Aaron Jay Gard, 43, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Ashley N. Hollandsworth, 26, 1003 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of child neglect creating risk of injury and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Joseph Allen Sunderman, 43, 808 Dewey Ave., St. Marys, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kenton Ryan Barker, 22, 615 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Laurence M. Brown, 34, 537 Peniel Road, Reedy, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on a $7,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jacoby Franklin Harold, 39, 2020 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and false pretenses and held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Jason Curtis Harkness, 37, 921 Moyer Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, obstructing and destruction of property and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Sean Ryan Furner, 28, 1603 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and battery and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jason William May, 40, 195 Rector Road, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence causing bodily injury, no insurance and failure to maintain control and held on a $3,000 surety bond.

* William C. Woods, 35, 150 Camelot Drive, Belpre, was arraigned on four counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of shoplifting and one count of obstructing and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Christopher Lee Lutz, 37, 2508 27th St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of unlawful manufacture, delivery, transport or possession of fentanyl, and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Jason Ryan Dickel, 39, 1732 Eli Locust Road, Washington, W.Va., waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of destruction of property, and the case was bound over to Circuit Court.

* David S. Burns, 43, 26691 Huckleberry Road, Coolville, pleaded guilty to a charge of prohibited use of phone and was fined $100. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
