Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG –Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 8:

* Daniel Steven McCord, 64, Washington, was arraigned on charges of domestic assault and DUI and released on a $2,000 surety bond. McCord allegedly rammed his live-in girlfriend’s vehicle with his own while she was inside it on July 7.

* Thomas Albert Huskey Jr. 32, 706 30th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving on a license suspended/revoked for miscellaneous, a lesser included offense to the original charge of second-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous. He was assessed $270.25 in fines and court costs. A charge of driving on a license revoked for driving under the influence was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Michael Scott Ayers, 36, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to charges of second-offense driving on a license suspended for DUI and DUI controlled substances. He was sentenced to nine months in jail with credit for 11 days served and assessed $1,440.50 in fines and court costs. A charge of driving on a license revoked for DUI was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Howard Dustin Davis, 27, 17 Boaz Gardens, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to second offense shoplifting and was assessed $270.25 in fines and court costs. He was also ordered to pay a $150 civil penalty to Kohl’s. In a separate case, Davis pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, with credit for 50 days served, to run concurrent with a sentence on a parole violation. He was also assessed $170.25 in court costs.

* Amber Beth Eberly, 34, 201 Fairview Circle, Sutton, W.Va., pleaded guilty to a charge of false pretenses and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation, a condition of which is to pay $100 in restitution. She was also assessed $170.25 in court costs.

* Angela Dianne Hershberger, 21, 1520 19th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a 2017 charge of truancy and was assessed $220.25 in fines and court costs.

* Scott Frank Breiding, 25, 1595 Sun Valley, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to s charge of violating a protective order, was sentenced to 12 days in jail with credit for 12 days served and was assessed $420.25 in fines and court costs.

* Doy Allen Coe, 56, 1918 Division Street Extension, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a charge of violation of an order prohibiting stalking or harassment and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, which was suspended for one year of unsupervised probation with credit for four days served. A condition of the probation is that Coe have no contact with the victim. He was assessed $200.25 in court costs.

* Martha Marie Moyers, 73, 3301 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Richard Thomas Shamblin, 34, 60 Palmer Drive, Apt. 105, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, heroin, and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Courtney Nichole Clayton, 27, 4170 Sugar Run Road, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Justin Lashawn Davis, 25, 1402 Andrew St.., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, heroin, with intent to deliver and held on a $50,000 surety bond.

* Jennie Iona Tranter, 41, 1402 Andrew St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, heroin, with intent to deliver and released on a $50,000 surety bond.

* William Gene Thomas II, 55, 508 Marrtown Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Timothy N. McKinley, 23, 309 Calder Ridge Road, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Beverly Gail Yeager, 39, 617¢ Market St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of DUI controlled substances and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Justin Guy Nelson, 27, 2512 39th St., Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* A charge of fraudulent use of an access device was dismissed against the late Eric Patrick Townsend because he is deceased.

* Douglas Bryan Moore, 61, 212 Hollow Ridge Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded no contest to a charge of hunting without a license and was assessed $190.25 in fines and court costs.

* Tyler Shawn Garner, 23, 9278 Bond Creek Road, Ellenboro, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $185.25 in fines and court costs.
