Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports June 18:

• Eugene Allen Nelson III, 35, 1501 Cale St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and was assessed $270.25 in fines and court costs. The charge was reduced from the original count of third-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous as part of a plea agreement, and a charge of failure to appear was dismissed. He also pleaded guilty to a charge of obstructing and was assessed $220.25 in fines and court costs.

• Sophia Anne Miller, 19, 1420 19th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of leaving the scene and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs.

• Dessira Ladawn Singer, 24, 701 31st St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to one count of driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and was assessed $270.25 in fines and court costs. The charge was reduced from the original count of driving on a license revoked for driving under the influence as part of a plea agreement.

• Two counts of burglary were dismissed, without prejudice, against Richard Thomas Kyle, 34, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg.

• Charles Brian Davis, 45, 2905 Beeman Road, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to one count of worthless checks and was assessed $238.47 in fines, court costs and restitution.

• Cynthia Mae Wallace, 56, 39385 Creighton Ridge Road, Lower Salem, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, was assessed $205.25 in fines and court costs and was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $178 to Walmart.

• Kenneth Michael Golding, 40, 2520 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. He was ordered to pay $509.25 in court costs and restitution.

• Gabrielle Marie Butler, 26, P.O. Box 656, Belpre, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $195.25 in fines and court costs. She was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $2,139.02 to Walmart. A second charge of shoplifting was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

• Travis Burr Collins, 44, 3505 Elm St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to charges of obstructing and possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 90 days in jail on each charge, to be served concurrently. The sentenced were suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. He was also assessed $170.25 in court costs. A charge of failure to render fingerprints was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

• Jordache Safone Collins, 35, 4404 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was sentenced to six months in jail, already served. She was assessed $170.25 in fines and court costs. A charge of obstructing was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

• A charge of violation of a protective order was dismissed, without prejudice, against Michael Dale Cain, 44, 702 Lily Lane, Parkersburg, because the alleged victim did not wish to prosecute.

• Anita Marie True, 19, 610 Olive St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of obstructing and was assessed $220.25 in fines and court costs. A charge of violating a protective order condition of bail, probation or parole was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

• Kameron Lane Wilkins, 21, 2607 Broad St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was sentenced to seven hours in jail, already served. Wilkins was also assessed $295.25 in fines and court costs.

• Joseph Allen Dowler, 38, pleaded guilty to a charge of prohibited person possessing firearms, was sentenced to 90 days home confinement and was assessed $170.25 in court costs. A charge of receiving/transferring stolen goods was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

• Jeremy Grey Merrill, 39, 243 Farmview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no insurance and improper registration and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Bryce Edward Weaver, 19, 157 Woodyard Creek Road, Washington, was arraigned on a DUI charge and released on a $1,500 bond.

• Eric Justin Phillips, 35, 8357 Pond Creek Road, Rockport, was arraigned on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse and released on a $5,000 bond. Phillips is accused of inappropriately touching a relative.

• Devin Michael Butcher, 23, 94 Hemlock St., Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense DUI and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Ricky Ray Slatton, 32, 5303 Seneca Trail S., Peterstown, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of possession of banned materials/substances by an inmate and was held on a $10,000 surety bond.

• Spencer Alexander Brannon, 42, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was arraigned on a charge of third-degree sexual abuse. Bond was set at $10,000 surety but he was held on a parole violation. Brannon is accused of groping a woman in April in an abandoned apartment in the 2000 block of 17th Street in Parkersburg.

• Nathan Christopher Shelton, 37, 25th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a domestic violence protective order and was released on a $500 surety bond.

• Matthew Patrick Shimer, 25, 348 Windswept Acres, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving while impaired and battery and released on a $2,500 bond.

• Amanda Rena Dickerson, 36, 1813 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of shoplifting and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Craig Allen Hardy, 33, 2502 Oak St., Apt. 4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

Reports released June 19:

• Nathan Columbus Stollings, 57, 2795 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license and was dismissed on a possession of a controlled substance charge. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one year of probation. Stollings was assessed $270.25 in court fines.

• Jessica Lynn Crockett, 37, 133 Goff Hollow, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and was assessed $370.25 in court fines.

• Michael David Sams, 48, 602 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a fraudulent vehicle inspection and was dismissed on a driving on a suspended license charge. Sams was assessed $270.25 in court fines.

• Jacob Detric Adams, 21, 608 19th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and no vehicle insurance. His charge of operating a vehicle without inspection and an expired registration was dismissed. He was assessed $640.50 in court fines.

• Justin William Barth, 35, 516 Smith St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and was dismissed on charges of possession of a controlled substance and no insurance. He was assessed $270.25 in court fines.

• Vincent Edward Cross, 29, 1711 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, was dismissed on a malicious wounding charge after he failed to appear.

• Jon James Smith, 35, 1105 26th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was assessed $270.25 in court fines.

• Dana Lee Kelly, 23, P.O. Box 2165, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was dismissed on a charge of obstructing an officer. She was sentenced to six month of jail, suspended for one year of probation and assessed $170.25 in court fines.

• Jacob Detric Adams, 21, 608 19th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to fishing without a license and was assessed $190.25 in court fines.

• Ashley Lashai McLaughlin, 27, 1320 Oak St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

• Tony Ray Forshey, 55, 255 Middle Hill Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to batter and was sentence to 60 days in jail, suspended to one year of probation and one year to the Day Report Center for anger management. He was assessed $170.25 in court fines.

• Mark Andrew Ramsey, 35, 725 Bird St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of battery, violation of a protective order and fleeing from an officer. He was dismissed on charges of violation of a domestic violencee bond, interference to emergency services and violation of a protective order. He was sentenced to one year of jail suspended for two years of probation and tow years of counseling. He was assessed $931 in court fines.

• Scott Andrew Bland, 35, 1208 14th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a malicious wounding charge and is being held on a $200,000 surety charge.

• Nicholas Kane Montgomery, 18, was arraigned on a sexual assault in the third degree charge and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

• Alex Black Johnson, 31, 338 Jefferson Drive, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a possession of fentanyl charge and is being held on a $100,000 cash bond.

• Tiffany Renay Davis, 31, 1975 West Little Kanawha Highway, Mt. Zion, was arraigned on charges of transferring contraband into a correctional facility and was released on a $1,000 cash bond.

• Suzanne Yvette Cox, 33, 160 Spruce St., Davisville, was arraigned on charges of no insurance and speeding and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Jeremy Allen Conrad, 39, 259 Wren St., Walker, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, obstructing and office and public intoxication and was released on a $750 bond.

• Brandon Douglas Boggs, 28, 162 Chateau Hills Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, meth, and is being held on a $1,000 surety bond.

• Justin Lee Morre, 29, 1116 East 12th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a destruction of property charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Shaun Patrick Husk Jr., 18, 916 Springdale Drive, Akron, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

• Hunter Alan Morehead, 23, 600 30th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a violation of a protective order charge and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

• David Michael Carpenter, 36, 811 1/2 Belrock Ave., Belpre, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Marci Lee Uhl, 36, 34 Captain Ames Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on an aggravated DUI charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Justin Wade Carmichael, 35, 1105 18th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of a DUI and two counts of possession of a controlled substance and is being held on a $3,000 surety bond.

• Darwin Wayne Combs III, 27, 12 11th St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and failure to render information and is being held on a $1,500 surety bond.

• Anthony Bryan Jackson, 32, 1006 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, was arranged on a violation fo domestic violence protective order charge and is being held on a $1,500 surety charge.

• Jason Scott Sasms, 43, 2804 18th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a possession of meth charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Michael Glenn Pence, 23, 1007 24th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and obstruction and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

• Robert Leon Murphy, 39, 802 Quincy St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charges of obstructing an officer and trespassing and was released on a $500 surety bond.

• Jeremiah Wooten, 44, homeless, was arraigned on charges of falsely reporting an emergency and obstructing an officer and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Brenda Lou Dailey, 40, was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct and was released on a $200 personal recognizance bond.
