Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court heard the following cases on Feb. 21:

* Grinnell McDonald, 32, 1338 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of a protective order; he was sentenced to one year in jail with 46 days credit and assessed $430.25 in court costs and fines. As part of a plea agreement he was dismissed on a charge of burglary.

* Rachel Bunner, 43, 1006 George St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on two charges of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture and deliver a controlled substance and one charge of unlawful manufacturing, delivery, transportation or possession of Fentanyl. Her case has been bound over to Wood County Circuit Court for grand jury consideration.

* Stephanie Coart, 30, 1236 22nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charge of delivery of a controlled substance, and she was being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $50,000 surety bond.

* Christopher Allman, 36, 190 Barnstable Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance, heroin, and was being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $50,000 surety bond.

* Tiffany Weary, 28, 1111 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and was released on a $2,000 surety bond. .

* Tajuan Stanley, 22, 2528 Timber Trail Drive, Columbus, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver, Fentanyl, and possession with intent to deliver, methamphetamine. He was being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $200,000 surety bond.

* Kaitlin McCullen, 22, 4114 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Brandon Week, 34, 4300 Brumbaugh Boulevard, Dayton, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, heroin, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, marijuana, and delivery of heroin. He was being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $200,000 surety bond.

* Laramie Barker, 42, 407 Drexel Place, Cross Lanes, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of child neglect creating risk of injury, after an officer made contact with the defendant who was allegedly intoxicated on admitted methamphetamine. He was wandering around on foot on a rural route and the officer found out the defendant’s 3-year-old son had slept in a vehicle and did not have access to clean food, water, clothing or fresh diapers. There was drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. Barker was being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $1,000 property or 10% cash bond.

Parkersburg Police

PARKERSBURG — The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports on Feb. 21:

* On Feb. 19, the department responded to 88 calls for service.

* Andrea Shrewsbury, of Parkersburg, was arrested on Feb. 19 on warrants.

* Matthew Evanoff, of Parkersburg, was arrested on Feb. 19 on a warrant.

* Felicia Cox, of Parkersburg, was arrested on Feb. 19 on a warrant.

* Allen Deem, of Parkersburg, was arrested on Feb. 19 on a Capias.

* On Feb. 19, officers responded to Walmart in reference to shoplifting.

* On Feb. 19, officers responded to Market Street in reference to a petit larceny.

* On Feb. 19, officers responded to Rebel Rose Boutique on Murdoch Avenue in reference to a breaking and entering.

* On Feb. 19, officers responded to Avery Street in reference to a stolen registration plate.

* On Feb. 19, officers responded to three motor vehicle accidents.

Belpre Police

BELPRE – The Belpre Police Department released the following reports on Feb. 24:

Feb. 14

* Lee A. Charlton, 37, of Little Hocking was arrested and transported to Washington County Jail on the warrants out of Marietta Municipal Court on the charges of fail to appear on a probation violation, a probation violation and violation of temporary protection order.

* Chase E. Campbell, 21, of Parkersburg was cited for expired registration.

Feb. 15

* Pamela J Rost, 58, of Parkersburg was cited for fail to obey traffic control device.

* Scott L. Francisco, 49, of Vienna was cited for expired registration.

* David P. Kyer, 38, of Parkersburg was cited for an open container violation.

* Donald P. Anderson, 33, of Smithville was cited for no operator license.

Feb. 16

* Jaiden P. Queen, 18, of Belpre was arrested on the charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, underage consumption, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and a tail light violation.

* Jaiden P. Queen, 18, of Belpre was arrested and transported to Washington County Jail for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and tail light violation.

* Nisha N. Hart, 18, of Belpre was arrested for underage consumption.

* Layton M White, 20, of Belpre was arrested for underage consumption.

Feb. 17

* Michael A. Bosely II, 34, of Columbus, Ind., was arrested for having physical control of vehicle while under the influence

* Martell T. Minter, 20, of Chester, S.C., was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charges of discharging a firearm in a prohibited area, having weapons under disability, criminal trespass, aggravated menacing ,obstructing official business and possession of marijuana.

Feb. 19

* Ciara J. Petri, 35, of Little Hocking was cited for speed 66 mph in a 50 mph zone

* Michael D. Westfall, 48, of Coolville was cited for expired registration.

* Willard L. Goodwin, 88, of Belpre was cited for fail to obey traffic control device.

* Andrew J. Somervill, 30, of Parkersburg was arrested for fail to appear through Belpre Mayor’s Court on the charges of driving under suspension, fictitious registration and for expired registration.

* Stephen D Wolfe, 27, of Waverly was cited for driving under suspension.

* Brian C. Bartlett, 39, of Belpre was cited for no operator license.

* Andrea N. Shrewsbury, 45, of Parkersburg was arrested on the charges of domestic violence, grand theft of motor vehicle and aggravated burglary.

Feb. 20

* Cameron J. Hoover, 19, of Waterford was cited for driving under suspension.

* Ronald E Love, 62, of Nelsonville was cited for expired registration.

* Amanda R. Hinton, 41, of Belpre was arrested and transported to Washington County Jail on the charge of domestic violence.

* Melissa A. Hennen, 44, of Belpre was arrested on fail to appear warrants out of Belpre Mayor’s Court on the charges of driving under suspension, tail light, and expired registration.

Feb. 21

* Jesisa S. Brown, 22, of Belpre was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charges of possessing drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Dustin A. Burwell, 30, of Belpre was cited for no operator license and for expired registration.

* Roy T. Holliday, 72, of Belpre was cited for expired registration.

* Caleb R. Richards, 22, Washington was cited for expired registration.

* Burl Waggoner, 27, of Walker was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on fail to appear charges through Belpre Mayor’s Court on the charges of driving under suspension and tail light.

Feb. 22

* Homer D. Bigler, 72, of Cutler was cited for speed 43 mph in a 25 mph zone

* Geoffrey S. Thompson, 37, of Belpre was cited for speed 45 mph in a 25 mph zone

* Joshua L. Kieffer, 20, of Cheswick, Pa., was cited for speed 70 mph in a 50 mph zone

* Katina V. White, 49, of Williamstown was cited for speed 64 mph in a 50 mph zone

Feb. 23

* Terry A. Myers, 64, of Parkersburg was cited for a red light violation

* Mackenzie J .Dyott, 18, of Marietta was cited for speed 68 mph in a 50 mph zone
