Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were heard in Wood County Magistrate Court on Monday.

* Timothy Ray Albright, 57, 411 Sixth St., Belpre, was remanded to the regional jail on a charge of domestic violence bond in lieu of $2,000 bond.

* Mark Edward Lee, 42, 694 Winding Road, Parkersburg, was released on $3,000 recognizance bond on charges of fraudulent motor vehicle inspection, expired registration and no insurance. He was cited during a traffic stop on Dec. 9.

* Brian Robert Sander, 41, 1079 Jesterville Road, Vienna, was remanded to the regional jail in lieu of $3,000 surety bond on a citation for obstruction from an incident on Dec. 28.

* Carl Clayton Robinson, 31, 621 33rd St., Parkersburg, was released on $2,500 bond on a citation for disorderly conduct from an incident on Dec. 28.

* Stephen Charles Bonson, 49, 2536 27th Ave., Parkersburg, was remanded to the regional jail in lieu of $15,000 bond on citations for second-offense shoplifting, possession and trespassing at Wal-Mart in Vienna.

* Robert Thomas Delaney III, 51, 396 Scenic Hills Drive, Parkersburg, was released on $2,000 recognizance bond on a citation for domestic violence from an incident on Dec. 28.

* John Nathan Evans, 51, 167 Stone Oak Road, Davisville, was remanded to the regional jail on $10,000 bond on citations for domestic violence, disorderly conduct and obstructing from an incident on Dec. 29.

* Nikki Renea McCartney, 23, 2807 Harrison Ave., Parkersburg, posted a $2,000 surety bond on a citation of domestic violence from an incident on Dec. 29.

* Richard Brock Heffelfinger, 30, homeless, was remanded to the regional jail in lieu of $22,500 surety bond on charges of attempted escape and trespassing from an incident on Dec. 29 at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was being escorted out of the hospital and, while handcuffed, attempted to run away.

* Chad A. Fox, 41, 94 Willow Drive, Elizabeth, posted $15,000 surety bond on citations of fleeing in a car, failure to maintain control, following too closely and speeding following an accident on Dec. 29 in the 6200 block of Staunton Turnpike.

* James Jude Windland, 49, 1301 16th St., Parkersburg, was released on $500 personal recognizance on citations of having an unplugged shotgun for waterfowl and no federal migratory waterfowl stamp. He was cited on Dec. 27 near Corning Park near Worthington Creek.

* Christopher Bennett, 33, 4212 16th Ave., was released on $2,500 bond on citations for obstructing and disorderly conduct from an incident on Dec. 26 at Park Wood and Emerson avenues.

* Richard Dewayne Swiger, 29, 611 Lulu St., Parkersburg, was remanded to the regional jail on $25,000 bond on charges of child abuse with injury from an incident on Oct. 25. He is accused of putting a child into a dryer and turning it on.

* Shayla Renee Barker, 23, 7641 Pike St., Mineral Wells, was remanded to the regional jail in lieu of $1,500 surety bond on citations for disorderly conduct, obstructing and refusing to be fingerprinted from an incident on Dec. 27.

* Michael Thomas Runyon, 30, 1509 Covert St., was released on $500 surety bond on citations of possession of methamphetamine following a traffic stop on Dec. 27.

* Jacob Aaron Cox, 18, 1311 Boord Road, Leroy, was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bond on citations of DUI and underage consumption.

* Edward Leon Davis, 35, 2511 Division St. Ext., Parkersburg, was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bond on a citation for driving while on suspension.

Washington Sheriff

MARIETTA — Washington County Sheriff’s Department released the following reports and charges on Monday.

* On Thursday, deputies responded to Liberty Township in reference to a breaking and entering. This case remains under investigation.

* Deputies met with William O’Brien, of King Avenue, Cutler, on Friday in reference to the theft of money and a jump box from the home. This case remains under investigation.

* On Friday, a deputy was patrolling and observed a vehicle in front of him driving approximately 10 miles per hour under the speed limit, also crossing the center line a total of six times. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle, which was found to have expired registration. The driver, Mary S. Haddox, stated she was unfamiliar with the area, and that is the reason for her speed and lane crossing. Haddox was observed to have glassy and bloodshot eyes, as well as slurred speech. Haddox also had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage about her person. Haddox denied consuming any alcohol, but admitted to drinking one glass of wine earlier. Haddox was asked to perform standard field sobriety tests, which she performed poorly on. Mary Suzanne Haddox, 51, of 5209 Third Ave., Vienna, was placed under arrest for OVI, expired plates and improper lane usage. Haddox was transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

* A deputy was dispatched to Boulevard Drive, Belpre, on Saturday for a report of a dog in a neighbor’s trash. This case remains under investigation.

* Deputies responded to 13630 State Route 550, Fleming, on Sunday. It was reported that David Taylor needed assistance at this address due to Jaquline Leboeuf being at the residence breaking things. Taylor and Leboeuf were interviewed and both advised they engaged in a verbal altercation, which arose to a minor physical altercation. Both parties sustained minor physical wounds and both parties declined medical attention. At the conclusion of the interviews it was evident both parties were at fault and equally involved. Jaquline Angelique Leboeuf, homeless, and David Taylor, of 4450 Barnett Ridge Road, Fleming, were both issued minor misdemeanor citations for disorderly conduct by fighting.

* A deputy began an investigation Sunday in reference to a New Matamoras resident having his debit card used by unknown subjects. This case remains under investigation.

* On Monday, deputies began an investigation into an incident where Stephen Evans, of Macksburg, chased a subject out of his home in the early morning hours. This case remains under investigation.

The following people were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:

* Travis Eugene Williams, 23, of 1750 Laurel Ridge Road, Lowell, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

* Kristen Elyse Kelley, 32, homeless, was arrested for possession of drugs, a felony.

* Zachary David Clark, 21, of 216 Phillips St., Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

* Zakkary Roger Beckett, 24, of 123 National Lane, Williamstown, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor, and trafficking in drugs, a felony.

*Shawn Trenton Richards, 23, of 20870 State Route 60, Beverly, was arrested for trafficking in drugs, a felony.

* Lisa Marie Barker, 24, of 147 Jordyn Lane, Mineral Wells, was arrested for trafficking in drugs and improper handling firearms in a motor vehicle, both felonies.

* James Chadwick Hodgson, 42, of 1002 Washington Blvd., Belpre, was arrested for violating a protection order, a misdemeanor.

* Mary Suzanne Haddox, 51, of 5209 Third Ave., Vienna, was arrested for OVI, expired plates, and improper lane usage, all misdemeanors.

* Corrie Douglas Hague, 28, was arrested for driving under suspension and improper plate on vehicle, both misdemeanors.

* Robert Jonathan Huffman, 38, of 797 Channel Lane, Marietta, was arrested for criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor.

* Ryan Thomas Starkey, 25, of 12660 State Route 550, Fleming, was arrested for trespassing, a felony, violating a protection order and obstructing official business, both misdemeanors.

* Ashley Renee Bules, 25, of 50 Henderson Ally, Lowell, was arrested for trespassing, a felony, probation violation and obstructing official business, both misdemeanors.

* Kevin Michel Ridgeway, 30, of 403 Main St., New Matamoras, was arrested for theft of a motor vehicle, tampering with evidence and breaking and entering, all felonies.

* Michael Andrew Hudson, 31, of 277 Water St., Lowell, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors.

* Phillip Conrad Hughes, 34, of 201 Milton Road, Marietta, was arrested for gross sexual imposition – force, a felony, assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, all misdemeanors.

* Cody Montell Knotts, 28, of 8965 Muskingum River Road, Lowell, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Parkersburg Police

PARKERSBURG – The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports on Dec. 30.

* Judith Deems, 39, of Marietta was arrested on Dec. 27 on a capias for petit larceny.

* Nathan Simmons, of Parkersburg was arrested on Dec. 27 on warrants for shoplifting and trespassing.

* Michael Runyon, 30, of Parkersburg was arrested on Dec. 27 for possession of a controlled substance.

* Shayla Barker, 23, of Mineral Wells was arrested on Dec. 27 for disorderly conduct, obstructing and refusal to submit to fingerprint.

* Sean Haverty, 29, of Washington, W.Va., was arrested on Dec. 28 on capias warrants.

* Carl Robinson, 31, of Parkersburg was arrested on Dec. 28 for obstructing, disorderly conduct and failure to render.

* Silas Willis, 32, of Parkersburg was arrested on Dec. 29 on a warrant for parole violation.

* Richard Heffelfinger, 30, of Parkersburg was arrested on Dec. 29 on a capias warrant.

* Nikki McCartney, 23, of Parkersburg was arrested on Dec. 29 for obstructing and public intoxication.

* On Dec. 27, officers responded to Pike Street for a possible stolen vehicle.

* On Dec. 27, officers responded to 32nd Street for a burglary.

* On Dec. 28, officers responded to 16th Street for a burglary that just occurred.

* On Dec. 28, officers responded to Dollar General on Dupont Road for shoplifting.

* On Dec. 28, officers responded to Walmart and cited Deborah Clay for shoplifting.

* On Dec. 28, officers responded to Liberty Street for a theft.

* On Dec. 28, officers responded to Edwin Street for a larceny.

* On Dec. 29, officers responded to Eighth Avenue for a burglary.

* On Dec. 29, officers responded to Dudley Avenue for a vehicle entry.

* On Dec. 29, officers responded to Market Street for a larceny.

* On Dec. 29, officers responded to Ann Street for a breaking and entering.

* On Dec. 27-Dec. 29, officers responded to 11 motor vehicle accidents.

Belpre Police

BELPRE – The Belpre Police Department released the following reports on Dec. 30:

* On Dec. 20, Amanda C. Wigal, 30, of Belpre was cited for driving under suspension, fictitious registration and expired registration. She was also arrested for two felony warrants out of Washington County Common Pleas Court and transported to the Washington County Jail.

* On Dec. 22, Michael J. Farnsworth, 30, of Marietta was arrested and transported to Washington County Jail on the charge of domestic violence

* On Dec. 22, Michael L. Richards, 40, of Belpre was arrested for operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, driving under suspension, tail light violation, driving left of center.

* On Dec. 22, Mary K. Aquino, 47, of Belpre was cited for driving under suspension.

* On Dec. 23, Ace D. Staats, 23, of Belpre was cited for driving with no operator license.

* On Dec. 23, Johnny W. Toncray, 50, of Belpre was cited for fictitious registration.

* On Dec. 23, Shavon M. Reams, 37, of Belpre was cited through Marietta Municipal Court for driving under suspension.

* On Dec. 23, Cory L. Wilson, 30, of Guysville was cited for speed 51 mph in a 35 mph zone

* On Dec. 26, James C. Hodgson, 42, of Belpre was arrested and transported to Washington County Jail on the charge of assault.

* On Dec. 26, Norma M. Allen, 62, of Belpre was cited through Marietta Municipal Court on the charge of disorderly conduct.

* On Dec. 26, Phillip J. Jones, 29, of Belpre was cited for driving under suspension.

* On Dec. 26, Timothy R. Albright, 57, of Belpre was arrested and transported to Washington County Jail on the charge of fugitive from justice from Wood County.

* On Dec. 27, James C. Hodgson, 42, of Belpre was arrested and transported to Washington County Jail on the charge of violating protection order.
