Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 15:

* Steve Naylor, 57, 1328 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of incest and sexual assault by a guardian after allegedly assaulting his 5-year-old granddaughter, while his 6-year-old grandson was present. He is being held at North Central Regional Jail on a $50,000 surety bond.

* Timothy Williams, 57, 886 Pleasant Hill Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving while impaired; he was sentenced to six months of home confinement and assessed $345.25 in court costs and fines.

* Zachary Irick, 36, 510 Stone Road, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Colton Battin, 22, 212 Champions School Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to no insurance and was assessed $370.25.

* Danielle Davis, 41, 1911 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned for driving while suspended or revoked and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Charuss Edward Drummond, 32, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of malicious assault and held on a $100,000 bond. According to court records, Drummond allegedly struck a woman he knew in the face repeatedly causing her to lose consciousness and suffer facial fractures. The incident occurred Oct. 7 at the Economy Inn on Seventh Street in Parkersburg. Drummond was arrested Monday.

* David Andrew Stewart, 33, 877 Wolf Run Road, Rockport, was arraigned on a charge of reporting a false emergency and released on a $1,000 surety bond. Stewart reportedly called 911 and claimed he had been drugged. While first responders were en route, a criminal complaint says, he called back and said, “I was just messing with you” and said he made the call on a bet for $30 with friends.

* Alicia M. Wines, 42, 2811 14th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of truancy and released on a $100 personal recognizance bond.

* Gina Danielle Mileti, 46, homeless, was arraigned on two counts of trespassing and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* James David Still, 28, 2108 Maxwell Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on one count of possession of a controlled substance, heroin, with intent to deliver and two counts of second-offense driving on a license suspended/revoked for driving under the influence and held on bonds of $102,500 surety and $2,000 cash.

* Eric Wayne Tennant, 26, 724 Forest Way, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony and held on a $150,000 surety bond.

* Samuel Jacob Purtee, 41, 625 13th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and trespassing and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Matthew Paul Miller, 36, 37 Treasure Island Way, Elizabeth, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and marijuana, and one count each of DUI as a habitual user of amphetamine, fleeing from an officer, first-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous, improper registration and no seat belt. He was released on a $4,500 surety bond.

* Jade Laurie Allen, 33, 821 28th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance, heroin, and held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Amanda Michelle Wittig, 32, 705 Bird St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense shoplifting and shoplifting and held on a $26,000 surety bond.

* Timothy James Newbrough, 35, 1314 Spring St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Clifton A. Walker, 39, 1102 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance, heroin, and held on a $100,000 surety bond.

* Debra Lee Sampson, 25, 27317 Ohio 7, Apt. A., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of fleeing in a vehicle, no insurance, no operator’s license and obstructing and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Jamie Marie Pierce, 43, 4310 11th Ave., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, meth, and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Kelly Jo Mahurin, 43, 2305 16th Ave., Apt. 9, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of first-offense shoplifting and no insurance and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jon James Smith, 34, 905 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.

* Justin Andrew Fernandez, 31, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Kameron James Moore, 29, 211 Timberline Drive, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of driving on a license revoked for DUI, obstructing and possession of a controlled substance and released on a $3,000 surety bond.
