Circuit Court

PARKERSBURG — The following case appeared in Wood County Circuit Court on April 22:

* Audrey D. Thompson, 22, of Parkersburg, was sentenced Monday on charges of grand larceny and conspiracy to commit robbery. She received one to 10 years in prison on the grand larceny charge with no credit and one to five years on the conspiracy charge, with credit for time served. The sentences will run consecutively. The sentences were suspended and Thompson was placed on probation for three years with counseling and was assessed court costs and home confinement fees.

Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports April 22:

* Lacole Deann Dalrymple, 32, of 126 Ruble Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense driving on a suspended license and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Robert N. Aguilar, 22, of 1609 32nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Ronald Lee Bush Jr., 40, of 47 Elm St., Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and released on a $20,000 surety bond.

* Cody James Banfield, 21, of 1319 18th St. NW, Apt. 1, Canton, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Ryan Ashley Williams, 33, of 2401 26th Place, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and bond was set at $2,000 surety.

* Tabitha Lois Church, 20, of 33 West Road, Cutler, was arraigned on two counts possession of a controlled substance and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Jessica Lynn Crockett, 35, of 2407 Beverly St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, meth and marijuana, and one count each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and putting glass on a highway and released on a $22,500 surety bond.

* Troy Michael Peterson, 28, of 918 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous, third-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous, left of center and failure to update registration and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* William Howard McBrayer, 33, of 602 Sled Run Road, St. Marys, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing and bond was set at $500 surety.

* Nicholas Stephen Hansen, 39, of 801 Huggins Drive, Apt. D, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and second-offense driving with no operator’s license and released on a $2,000 bond.

* Jesse Scott Books, 36, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Audrey D. Thompson, 22, of 1030 George St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on $1,000 bond.

* David Michael Carpenter, 24, of 71 South Fifth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and released on $1,000 bond. He also waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of breaking and entering and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Charles Purcell Bonesteel III, 25, of 1402 Andrew St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing and eluding and possession of a controlled substance and bond was set at $2,500 bond.

* Terry M. Gibson, 38, of 1205 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on five counts of fraudulent use of an access device and bond was set at $15,000.

* Michael Darren Emerick, 51, of 94 Arbor Lane Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension and expired motor vehicle inspection and bond was set at $500.

* Charles Junior Davis II, 40, of 1022 Lakeview Drive, Apt. D, Parkersburg, had a disorderly conduct charge dismissed.

* Eric Allen Greynold, 35, of 1508 19th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from an officer, was sentenced to 90 days home confinement and was assessed $160.25 in court costs.

Parkersburg Police

PARKERSBURG — The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports April 22:

* This past weekend the Parkersburg Police Department responded to 228 calls for service.

* Ices Moore, 25, of Parkersburg, was arrested April 19 on a capias for failure to appear.

* Ryan Williams, 33, of Parkersburg, was arrested April 19 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

* Jessica Crockett, 36, of Parkersburg, was arrested April 19 on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

* Lacole Dalrymple, 32, of Belleville, was arrested April 20 on a warrant for first-offense driving on suspended.

* Robert Aguilar, 22, of Parkersburg, was arrested April 20 on charges of obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct.

* Tony Pierce, 23, was arrested April 21 on a capias for failure to appear.

* Rayden Aguilar, 20, of Big Springs, W.Va., was arrested April 21 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

* Terry Gibson, 38, was arrested April 21 on a charge of fraudulent use of a credit card.

* On April 19, officers responded to George Street in reference to a burglary.

* On April 19, officers responded to Highland Avenue in reference to a burglary that already occurred.

* On April 19, officers responded to Ninth 1/2 Street in reference to a burglary in progress.

* On April 19, officers responded to Speedway on Division Street in reference to a petit larceny that already occurred.

* On April 19, officers responded to PPD Headquarters in reference to a stolen license plate.

* On April 19, officers responded to 11th Avenue in reference to a stolen firearm.

* On April 19, officers responded to Marathon Gas Station on Pike Street in reference to shoplifting.

* On April 19, officers responded to Dooley Avenue in reference to a vehicle entry.

* On April 20, officers responded to 24th Street in reference to a destruction of property.

* On April 20, officers responded to 17th Avenue in reference to a petit larceny.

* On April 20, officers responded to Walmart and cited Joshua Eden for shoplifting.

* On April 20, officers responded to Seventh Street in reference to a vehicle entry.

* On April 21, officers responded to Walmart and cited James Brothers for shoplifting.

* On April 21, officers responded to 36th Street in reference to a vehicle entry.

* Between April 19-21, officers responded to 13 motor vehicle accidents.

Williamstown Police

WILLIAMSTOWN — The Williamstown Police Department released the following reports April 22:

April 16

* Brittany Eady, 26, of Marietta, was cited for second-offense driving on a suspended license and improper registration on Highland Avenue.

April 17

* Kerstein Riggs, 22, of Parkersburg, was cited for speeding, 61 mph in a 45 mph zone, on West Third Street.

* Raymond Depriest, 29, of Parkersburg. was cited for no operators license and speeding, 45 mph in a 35 mph zone, on West Third Street.

April 18

* David Edward Powers, 37, of Williamstown, was arrested as a fugitive from justice as a result of first-degree felony charges filed against Powers in Marietta charging him with the theft of a firearm from Bridgeport Equipment, a federally licensed firearm dealer. Officers were made aware of the warrants filed by Marietta PD with nationwide extradition and approximately 20 minutes later observed Powers walking on Highland Avenue near 4 1/2 Street. Powers was taken into custody without incident. Powers was placed in the West Virginia Department of Corrections pending an extradition hearing in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Anna Hayes, 44, of Waverly, was cited for a stop sign violation on Highland Avenue.

* Megan Moore, 29, of Williamstown, was cited for speeding, 39 mph in a 25 mph zone, on Highland Avenue.

April 19

* Tabitha Louis Church, 20, of Cutler, was arrested on warrants charging her with two counts possession of controlled substances following a traffic stop for an equipment violation. Church was transported for medical clearance and then placed in the Department of Corrections before being arraigned at Wood County Magistrate Court and released after posting bond. The driver of the vehicle stopped, Troy Johnson, 22, of Whipple, was cited for possession of a controlled substance.

* Jacob Dillon, 20, of Colorado Springs, Colo., was cited for speeding, 60 mph in a 45 mph zone, on W.Va. 14.

* Seth Brookhart, 22, of Waterford, was cited for a red light violation and no insurance on West Third Street.

* Kyle White, 27, of Parkersburg, was cited for cell phone use while driving on Highland Avenue.

* Rodney Ritchey, 59, of Ellenboro, was cited for a seat belt violation on West Third Street.

April 20

* Cody James Banfield, 21, of Canton, Ohio, was arrested for possession of marijuana following traffic stop for speed on W.Va. 14. Banfield was placed in the Department of Corrections pending his arraignment at Wood County Magistrate Court.

April 21

* Joseph Beaumier, 18, of Waverly, was cited for speeding, 53 mph in a 25 mph zone, and improper registration on Highland Avenue.

Vienna Police

The Vienna Police Depatment released the following reports on April 22:

* On April 9, Tricia A. Walker was arrested on fugitive from justice warrant.

* On April 11, Tony W. Menefee of Belpre was cited for possession of a controlled substance.

* On April 13, Charles J. Davis II of Parkersburg was arrested for obstructing and driving on suspended license, third offense.

* On April 13, Cameron J. Wriston of Vienna was cited for shoplifting.

* On April 13, Tiffany L. Welch of Parkersburg was arrested for violation of a protective order.

* On April 15, Megan A. Abrahamson of Vienna was arrested on a warrant for the fraudulent use of an access device.
