Belpre Police

BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports on Sept. 7:

• Aug. 31, Tyler D. Jenkins, 21, Parkersburg, was cited for driving without a license.

• Sept. 2, Jeremy A. Stone, 37, Belpre, was arrested on warrants for violating probation and transported to the Washington County Jail. Stone also was charged with possessing drug abuse instruments at the time of his arrest.

• Sept. 2, Morgan M. Flinn, 24, Belpre, was arrested on warrants out of Marietta Municipal Court for domestic violence and transported to the Washington County Jail.

• Sept. 2, Amanda B. Rhodes, 35, Belpre, was found to be a fugitive from justice and arrested on felony warrants out of Florida. Rhodes was placed in the Washington County Jail.

• Sept. 2, Matthew T. Dillon, 34, Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

• Sept. 3, Jordan A. Bailey, 35, Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

• Sept. 3, James D. Poling, 27, Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

• Sept. 3, Brianna D. Dunfee, 24, Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

• Sept. 3, Lee Anna Charlton, 36, Little Hocking, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail. Charlton was charged with having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, open container and drug paraphernalia.

• Sept. 4, Matthew L. Swales, 33, Washington, W.Va., was cited for expired registration.

• Sept. 5, William D. Metz, 53, Vienna, was cited for expired registration.

• Sept. 5, H. D. Smith, 50, Elizabeth, was cited for expired license.

• Sept. 5, Jamie L. Brooks, 42, Marietta, was arrested for OVI, driving under suspension and for having fictitious license plates.

• Sept. 6, Ricky G. Whited, 60, Ravenswood, was cited for a red light violation.

• Sept. 6, Anthony R. Sasser, 42, Coolville, was cited for improper display of license plates.

• Sept. 7, Melanie J. Brinker, 22, Parkersburg, was arrested on warrants out of Belpre Mayor’s Court for failure to appear on charges of possession of marijuana and no headlight.

• Sept. 7, Matthew D. Snyder, 19, Belpre, was arrested for drug paraphernalia (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia (cocaine).

• Sept. 7, Barry R. Robinson, 19, Belpre, was cited for possession of marijuana.

• Sept. 7, Grace A. McKinley, 18, Belpre, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia (meth), paraphernalia (marijuana) and was cited for failing to signal before changing course.
