PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 6:

* Krista Lynn McCarty, 1792 Lake Washington Road, Washington, W.Va., had charges of pedestrian on roadway when sidewalk provided, fleeing, failure to fingerprint, two counts of violation of a protective order and two counts of obstruction dismissed under a plea agreement. She pleaded guilty to obstruction, was assessed $176.48 and sentenced to time served of six hours in jail. She pleaded guilty to battery of a government representative, health care provider, utility worker, law enforcement and EMS, assessed $186.48 and sentenced to 60 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation with credit for one day jail and ordered to attend therapy/counseling.

* Dixie Leigh Jean Rose, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a battery charge and released on $500 bond.

* Timothy Mitchell Bower, 9949 Staunton Turnpike, Walker, was arraigned on a first-offense shoplifting charge and released on $1,000 bond.

* Ronnie Lee Lockhart Jr., 717 29th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension, no insurance, improper registration, defective equipment and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $2,500.

* Victor Allen Carver, 4046 Williamstown Pike, Williamstown, was arraigned on two counts of driving under suspension and one count of no insurance and released on $1,500 bond.

* Jessica Elaine Smarr Cobb, 307 Kanawha St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense driving under suspension and released on $1,000 bond.

* Tara Rashae Hanson, Cottageville, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $500 bond.

* Amy Lynn Williams, 776 Grant St., Middleport, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence with BAC less than 0.15%, failure to fingerprint and obstructing and released on $1,500 bond.

* James Daniel Canty, St. Albans, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, fleeing and petit larceny. Bond was set at $1,500.

* Jeremy Randall Bowersock, 1525 Lake Hills Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and possession of a controlled substance and released on $5,000 bond.

* Gurmel Lyman McDonald, 1341 Lynn St., Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a malicious assault charge. Bond was set at $15,000.

* Hunter Levi Marshall Prall, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a strangulation charge and released on $5,000 bond.

* Joran Mishka Biscombe, 5524 Auburn Road, Berea, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of possessing/receiving stolen goods and improper registration and released on $1,000 bond.

* Joshua K. Chandler, 711 S Pleasant Hill Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of expired registration and expired motor vehicle inspection and released on $500 bond.

* Nicholas Ryan Waugh, 1908 Gladstone St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge. Bond was set at $2,000.

* Austin Richard Dailey, 2507 New York Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving under suspension, no proof of insurance, no insurance and driving under suspension and released on $2,000 bond.

* Chase Kolton Stutler, 108 Bailey Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.

* Dale Adam Hayes, 1323 Oak St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to defective equipment and assessed $186.48. A driving under suspension charge was dismissed after proof of reinstatement was shown.

* Chad Edward Canfield, 151 Dickens Drive, Apt. 23, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.

* Lee Allen Sawyer, 987 New England Ridge Road, Washington, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.

* Mark David Richard, 186 Murphytown Circle, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a burglary charge. The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Ryan Loomis Smith, Belpre, pleaded guilty to assault, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to six months jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation. An obstruction charge was dismissed under a plea agreement. He pleaded guilty to intent to appropriate merchandise without paying the merchant’s stated price, was assessed $181.48 and ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Sheetz. A charge of brandishing a deadly weapon was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Jason Louis Mugrage, 824 Lakeview Drive, Apt. 202D, Parkersburg, had two counts of violation of a protective order dismissed.

* Shasta Danyelle Farnese, 27335 State Route 7, Lot 8, Marietta, pleaded guilty to first-offense shoplifting and assessed $201.48 with a $169.24 civil penalty to Walmart.

* Russell Lee Tucker, 1208 14th St., Parkersburg, had an obstruction charge dismissed under a deferred sentence agreement.

* Donte Lee Lancaster, 4151 Logan Gates Road, Youngstown, Ohio, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed under a deferred sentence agreement.

* Jordan Richard Copeland, 183 Idaho Road, Youngstown, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed under a deferred sentence agreement.

* Jason Dean Holtz, 117 Southgate Hills Drive, Clarksburg, had charges of battery of government representative, health care provider, utility worker, law enforcement and EMS; public intoxication; and refusal to fingerprint dismissed under a deferred sentence agreement.

* Katlyn Renee Rake, Vienna, had a domestic assault charge dismissed under a deferred sentence agreement.

* Harold Ivan Brown, 1200 Cisler Drive, Marietta, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order, assessed $426.48 and sentenced to 30 days jail with credit for nine days served.

PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 7:

* Joseph Michael Grendel, 1511 Rayon Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, assessed $186.48 and ordered to pay a $1,885.47 civil penalty to Gabes. He pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days jail. He also pleaded guilty to fleeing, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days jail, to run concurrently. A first-offense shoplifting charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Michael Patrick Wallace II, 107 Pickering St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving under suspension and assessed $276.48. A no insurance charge was dismissed.

* Kristopher Lee Mandeville, 60 Pleasant Hill Church Road, Belleville, had charges of DUI and obstruction dismissed without prejudice.

* Ricky Alan Lockhart, 408 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, had a simple assault charge dismissed.

* Krystal Dawn Gibbs, 1200 Muskingum River Road, Marietta, had charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and failure to fingerprint dismissed. Gibbs pleaded guilty to obstruction, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to one year unsupervised probation.

* James Oliver Weatherholt Jr., Washington, had a fleeing charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty to domestic battery, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days jail suspended for six months unsupervised probation.

* Kyle David Bryant, 1721 Staunton Turnpike, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shooting within 500 feet and assessed $226.48.

* Joseph Duane Britton, 1230 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of fishing paraphernalia without license and assessed $326.48. A charge of obstruction while boating was dismissed.

* Trina Anne Abbott, 708 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to keeping premises for unlawful controlled substance use, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to six months jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation.

* Dana Lee Kelley, 105 Virginia St., Ravenswood, had a disorderly conduct charge dismissed. Kelley pleaded guilty to obstruction and assessed $176.48.

* Kevin Lee Wilson, 251 Belleville Drive, Belleville, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed. He pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to time served.

* Jason Paul Moyers, 7641 Pike St., Lot 15, Parkersburg, had a no proof of insurance charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty to registration violation and assessed $181.48.

* Jason James Littleton, 2452 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone and assessed $376.48.

* James Carl Hutson, 1010 Johnson Run Road, Parkersburg, had a disorderly conduct charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 20 days jail suspended for six months unsupervised probation.

* Kimberly Pilar Crowson, 76 Wildwood Drive, Apt. 102, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and assessed $346.48.

* Wanda A. Gulley,136 Central St., New Martinsville, pleaded guilty to battery, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to six months unsupervised probation.

*Cory Ray Patterson, 1502 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, had a charge of obstruction with threats of harm dismissed under a plea agreement. He pleaded guilty to trespassing on property other than structure or conveyance and assessed $376.48.

* Christine Marie Johnson, Parkersburg, had charges of domestic battery and assault of government representative, health care provider, utility worker or law enforcement dismissed per the alleged victim’s request. She pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, assessed $186.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation

* Shane Robert Farnsworth, 106 Meadow St., Parkersburg, had an inspection violation dismissed after renewing inspection.

* Stephen Chaz Vansickle, 904 ½ Hawthorn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to first-offense driving under suspension and assessed $186.48. A failure to maintain charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* M’Kayla Marleah Serpico, 7 Westview Circle, Parkersburg, had charges of inspection violation and no proof of insurance dismissed after proof was shown.

* Emily Brianna Bowersock, 610 39th St., Vienna, had an insurance violation charge dismissed under a plea agreement. She pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and driving under suspension and assessed $301.48.

* Sharon Marie Castell, 2502 Brooklyn Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a driving under suspension charge and released on $500 bond.

* Todd Justin Twyman, 2116 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a driving under suspension charge. Bond was set at $500.

* Samantha Daniele Crouch, 4601 Stella St., was arraigned on charges of second-offense shoplifting and theft of a detection device and released on $500 bond.

* Jadarien H. Wade, 734 Hill St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no seat belt and expired registration and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jacob Allen Thomas, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of burglary and strangulation and released on $10,000 bond.

* Kaila Violeta Wright, 918 Wood St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing in a structure or conveyance and released on $500 bond.

* Scott Edward Davis, 1412 School St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of driving under suspension and released on $1,500 bond.

* Katie Lynn Merrill, 2411 Covert St., Apt. 40, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing on foot and obstruction and bond was set at $2,000.

* Barry Dwayne Boice, 2447 Blennerhassett Heights Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension, driving impaired, expired registration, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, open container and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $5,500 bond.

* Phillip Freeman Barr Jr., 68571 State Route 124, Reedsville, was arraigned on charges of driving impaired, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to process and bond was set at $2,500.

* Jessica Dawn Harris, 1015 18th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of transporting controlled substances into a correctional facility and released on $10,000 bond.

* Linarez Osiel Arreola, 213 Walnut St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to failure to restrain child and assessed $186.48.

* Diane Elizabeth Hutson, 1010 Johnson Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension, failure to change address on license, and assessed $477.96.

* Ambera Nicole Roberts, 28 South Park Villa, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $276.48.

* Mindy Michelle O’Mear, 612 Putnam St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to assault of government representative, health care provider, utility worker or law enforcement, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to time served of five days jail.

* Travis Lee Hundall, 1101 Paint Creek Road, Hansford, W.Va., had a breaking and entering charge transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Jamie Leigh Freeland, 941 Greathouse Road, Williamstown, had charges of obstruction and willful disruption of government processes dismissed based on the findings of a competency evaluation.

* Kimberly Heather Varnum, Belpre, had a charge of create, deliver or possess a counterfeit substance with intent to deliver dismissed as the state considers direct indictment.

* Bryce Jefferson Riggs, 129 Chateau Hills, had a preliminary hearing waived for fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* David Michael Messinger, 1014 17th St., Parkersburg, had a charge of malicious or unlawful assault dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim failed to appear.

* Ashton Brook Shotwell, 602 Hillcrest Terrace, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of inmate in possession of weapon, drugs or dangerous materials. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Zachariah Alan Schneider, 13046 Lee Creek Road, Rockport, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $276.48. A registration violation was dismissed under a plea agreement.
