“Congratulations to everybody. Everybody had to work really hard to get elected, and that’s a lot of work,” Reynolds said. “I look forward to working with everybody in 2025. I feel like we’re going to have a really strong council. I feel like we’re not going to have any problems with the attendance.”

Council also unanimously approved Mayor Tom Joyce’s nominations for C. Blaine Myers as city attorney, Jessica Myers as judge of the municipal court, Ryan Barber as development director and Jennifer Schoenhut as personnel director. All are already serving in those capacities.
