Washington County Grand Jury indicts eight individuals
MARIETTA — Eight individuals were indicted by a Washington County Grand Jury Tuesday morning including co-defendants Kylar James Wilson and Madison Marie Brant.
Six other indictments included were:
* Justin Lee Rexroad, 41, 913 Front St., Marietta, was indicted on one count of disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony from Aug. 15.
* Roger Carl Bolin, 63, 803 Jackson St., Nelsonville, was indicted on one count of escape, a third-degree felony from Sept. 18.
* Daniel Earl Sciance, 28, last known address 105 Wyoming Rd., Marietta, was indicted on two counts of failure to verify address, third-degree felonies from April 1 and July 17.
* Jamarcus Emanuel Nalle, 20, 116 Walker St., Marietta, was indicted on one count of failure to appear as required by recognizance, a fourth-degree felony from Aug. 12.
* Wayne Francis Green Jr., 20, 6849 Dale Rd., Stockport, was indicted on three counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, fourth-degree felonies; three counts of aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies; and one count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony from July 15.
* Bradley Douglas Worstell, 29, 29675 State Route 7, Marietta, was indicted on one count of disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony; one count of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor; and one count of endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor from Aug. 25.
