Emergency officials responded to a two-vehicle crash at Eighth and Avery streets at 3:22 p.m. Thursday. A gray Jeep turned over, trapping someone inside. Parkersburg Fire Department personnel were able to free the individual. WVU Medicine Camden Clark medics took them to the hospital for injury assessment.
