Probable cause found in Parkersburg apartment shooting

PARKERSBURG — Probable cause was found in the case of a Parkersburg man accused of discharging a firearm numerous times in his apartment building in August.

David Clifton Adams, 40, 509 Buckeye St. Apt. 301A, Parkersburg, is accused of firing shots out of his window at the Rowen Apartment complex Aug. 28. Although nobody was hurt, he was charged with 38 counts of wanton endangerment with a firearm.

Wood County Magistrate Brenda Marshall bound the case to circuit court.
