Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 12:

* Chase Allen Hart, 19, 80 Aqua Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a malicious assault charge and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Ryan Adam Dye, 35, 80 Mound St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver and was released on a $100,000 surety bond.

* Alexis Jean Allberry, 27, 1500 12th St. Apt. 102 Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Douglas William Wayne, 46, 2388 Carpenter Run Road, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of violation of a protective order and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Rebecca Jo Craven, 27, 716 Franklin Ave. Apt. 3, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Tera Sue Lively, 35, 300 Ivy St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* John Michael Wells II, 31, 1521 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no operators and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Diana Lynn Kelley, 23, 10 Willowbrook Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery of a police officer and battery and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Tasha June Compton, 39, 1500 25th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of a prohibited person with a firearm and public intoxication and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Brian Matthew Richards, 29, 1010 Neal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a suspended license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Catherine Joanna Stetzler, 62, homeless, was arraigned on a disorderly conduct charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kayla Dawn Parham, 28, 1787 Standing Stone Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Darrin Alonzo Miller, 39, c/o St. Marys Correctional, 2880 N. Pleasants Highway, St. Marys, had a preliminary hearing waived for two counts of the use of a minor to produce obscene matter.

* James Dewayne Thomas, 34, 3014 23rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was sentenced to 30 days of home confinement with credit for one day served. He was assessed $320.25 in court costs and fines.

* Ronald Shane Barker, 44, 60 Canterbury Drive, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a grand larceny charge.

* Joshua Howard Hedges, 42, 1110 Beaman Road, Washington, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Ashely Dawn Holland, 36, 4411 15th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and a neglect charge was dismissed. She was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Bradley Scott Caplinger, 34, 614 Bird St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for nine months of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Courtney Anne Harpster, 37, 711 Cisler Lane, Marietta, pleaded guilty to battery of a police officer and obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for 76 days, suspended for 16 months concurred with another charge. Charges of disorderly conduct and neglect were dismissed and she was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* Michel Scott Cowan, 33, 596 Orem Road, Belleville, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession with the intent to deliver.

Vienna Police

VIENNA — The Vienna Police Department released the following reports Jan. 11:

Dec. 31

* Dustin L. Brooks of Belpre was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Jan. 1

* Ronald S. Barker of Parkersburg was arrested on a grand larceny warrant.

Jan. 6

* Clarence A. Roush of Vienna was arrested on a fugitive from justice count.

Jan. 7

* Justin K. Taylor of Parkersburg was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, shoplifting, obstruction and fleeing.

* Andrew J. Strock of Vienna was arrested on a fugitive from justice charge.

* Sherrie A. Bell of Parkersburg was arrested on a shoplifting warrant.

Jan. 8

* Katie D. Cline of Belpre was arrested on a charge of third-offense shoplifting.

Jan. 10

* Jeremy A. Conrad of Walker was arrested on a charge of fleeing and a warrant for fraudulent use of an access device.
