PARKERSBURG — Three Parkersburg men were arrested Tuesday and charged with breaking and entering at Greenpak on Camden Avenue, according to a press release from the Wood County Sheriff’s Department.

Richard Lee Treadway, 44, of Lynn Street, Thomas Jennings Greathouse II, 39, homeless, and Thomas Wesley Stephen, 49, of Follansbee, were observed on the roof of the building Monday, according to a criminal complaint from Wood County Magistrate Court.

The three were found with bolt cutters and other tools in a bag on the roof and the men were found with items of value and copper fittings inside their pockets, the complaint said.

Screws from inside the building were also found in the bag, the complaint said.

The three are being charged with breaking and entering and each was released on a $20,000 surety bond.
