Cars line up for free COVID-19 testing provided Tuesday afternoon by the Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department and West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources at South Parkersburg Baptist Church off Blizzard Drive. The testing was offered because Wood County fell into the gold category on the state’s COVID map. Free testing will be held:1-4 p.m. today at Doddridge County High School, 79 Bulldog Drive, West Union; 1-5 p.m. today at Roane County High School, 1 Raider Way, Spencer; noon-4 p.m. today at Coplin Clinic, 483 Court St., Elizabeth. Pre-registration at www.ipsumcovidresults.com; 3-7 p.m. Thursday at Doddridge County High School; noon-4 p.m. Thursday at Coplin Clinic, Elizabeth; 3-7 p.m. Friday at Doddridge County High School; noon-4 p.m. Friday at Coplin Clinic; 1-5 p.m. Saturday, Doddridge County High School; 1-5 p.m. Sunday, Doddridge County High School.
