PARKERSBURG — Three people were arrested and arraigned on separate charges of exhibition and distribution of sexually explicit material involving minors with one charge including bestiality.

Anthony G. Province, 21, 1519 20th St., Parkersburg; Justin K. Taylor, 25, 112 Post Ill Way Apt. 201, Mineral Wells; and Rodney Lee Williams, 48, 2744 Staunton Turnpike, Parkersburg, were reported to the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force in Morgantown under separate tips, the complaints in Wood County Magistrate Court said.

Williams was found in possession of an 11-second video of a minor performing sexual acts on herself, the complaint said. Williams had created a fake Facebook account so his girlfriend wouldn’t know he was receiving the videos, the complaint said.

According to the complaint, Province said he sent the picture from his residence in Parkersburg.
