VIENNA — Vienna Utility Board employees will be replacing a fire hydrant tonight at 28th Street and Grand Central Avenue.

Water service will be interrupted for residents from 23rd Street to 32nd Street and between River Road to 8th Avenue. Water will be turned off at approximately 10 p.m. today and should be restored by 7 a.m. Saturday, weather permitting, the city said.
