PARKERSBURG — A Wood County Circuit Court jury has found Stephen Griffith guilty of involuntary manslaughter, wanton endangerment involving a firearm and brandishing.

Griffith, 35, of Davisville, was charged in the May 7, 2017, shooting death of Chad Allen Hart, 38, of Parkersburg, outside the Overtime Bar on Emerson Avenue in Parkersburg.

The jury received the case Thursday afternoon, following a two-day trial.

Sentencing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 9, before Judge Robert Waters.
