Mid-Ohio Valley actors recognized at Southeast Regional OCTAfest

PARKERSBURG — Actors from Parkersburg and Marietta received accolades at the Southeast Regional OCTAfest on June 28 at the University of Rio Grande (Ohio) sponsored by the Ohio Community Theatre Association.
The Mid-Ohio Valley Players in Marietta presented “Rabbit Hole’ by David Lindsay-Abaire. “Lend Me a Soprano” by Ken Ludwig was presented by the Actors Guild of Parkersburg.
The following awards were presented to the Mid Ohio Valley Players:
* Beth Lane as Izzy, Merit in Acting
* Tim Tuten as Howie, Merit in Acting

The Actors Guild was invited to the state OCTA conference. The Mid-Ohio Valley Players was selected as the alternate.
