Presentation on Phelps-Tavenner goals tonight

PARKERSBURG — Marj Teague, a descendant of Col. Hugh Phelps, one of the most important pioneers of early Parkersburg and Wood County, will share her diorama of Neal Station and her future goals for the grounds of the Phelps-Tavenner Research Center in south Parkersburg at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the Summers Auditorium at the Parkersburg-Wood County Library.
