Scott Branham named Most Loyal Alumni Mountaineer

PARKERSBURG — A Parkersburg native is among the Most Loyal Mountaineers for 2024 named Monday by West Virginia University.

Scott Branham was named Most Loyal Alumni Mountaineer. He graduated from WVU with a bachelor’s in marketing and a master’s in business data analytics.

Branham is the co-founder and adviser of the Data Driven WV outreach center at the WVU John Chambers College of Business and Economics and an active member of the Visiting Committee. He is an adviser to the Chambers College Center for Career Development, providing mentorship and coaching to students and alumni to achieve career goals.

Other recipients were: Steve Conrad, Most Loyal West Virginian; Rebecca Fint-Clark, Most Loyal Faculty/Professional Staff; and Donna Staggs, Most Loyal Staff Mountaineer. The group will be recognized during halftime ceremonies of the WVU home football game against Baylor on Saturday at Milan Puskar Stadium.

To be considered for the honor, recipients must display the loyalty, ideals and goals of WVU and the state of West Virginia through professional and civic engagement, business, service and leadership. Recipients are selected by a joint committee representing the WVU Foundation, WVU Alumni Association, WVU Staff Council, WVU Faculty Senate and the Mountaineer Week organization committee.
