‘American Idol’ contestant to perform in McConnelsville
McCONNELSVILLE — A performer on “American Idol” will present her Christmas show at 6 p.m. Dec. 4 at the Ohio Valley Opry at the Twin City Opera House.
Country music singer Lauren Mascitti was a contestant in season 18 of “American Idol” in 2020.
Her ninth album released in 2020, “God Made a Woman,” was the title track she debuted as a contestant on “American Idol” on ABC. The album features performances by country music performers Ricky Skaggs, Paul Franklin and other all-star musicians.
Appearing at the Opry with Mascitti will be The Clarks, Beth Bigham, Matt Coleman, Mike Morrison and all the OVO band.
