A bench table made from reclaimed wood gathered from around the 4-H Campgrounds on Butcher Bend Road will be raffled off Saturday during the closing day of the Wood County 4-H and FFA Summer Showcase.A quilt made up of 4-H club t-shirts will also be raffled off Saturday during the Livestock Sale with tickets being sold starting at noon. Money made from the raffles will be put back into the Showcase. Local extension officials said the Showcase event shows what the 4-H members and FFA students have learned and the event itself offers additional educational opportunities. (Photo Provided)

* FRIDAY — 9 a.m.: 4-H & FFA Horse Show (Showmanship Classes First), 10 a.m.: Livestock Judging Contest (Show Barn), 5 p.m.: Austin Shawver Master Showman Contest (Show Barn), 6:30 p.m.: Sale Ring setup, help appreciated
