Summer Survival Camp wraps up

PARKERSBURG — The Parkersburg Boys and Girls Club wrapped up a week-long “Summer Survival Camp” with a fishing trip for participating students.

The week of activities included numerous outdoor and craft projects, including fashioning homemade fishing poles from bamboo. The students gathered Friday at the Elite Sports Center to fish with both their creations and manufactured fishing poles.
