The seventh annual expo organized by Classics Plastics will be held 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. It will feature celebrity guests, events, toys, comics, games and cosplay and activities will include game tournaments and others and the annual Cosplay Contest.

Tickets are $5 each day or $8 for both days with children ages 10 and under admitted free.

A portion of the proceeds benefit the art center.

Each year, the expo features celebrity guests. This year, professional wrestler “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan will be present 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday while fellow professional wrestler Buff Bagwell will be visiting the expo both days.

Another special guest will be toy designer and character creator Aaron Archer, who spent 18 years at Kenner/Hasbro and worked on a variety of unique brands including Star Wars Ep1, GI JOE, Kenner Batman, Alien Resurrection and Jurassic Park 3, among others.

Also, Downtown PKB will hold Savor Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, an opportunity to sample favorites offered in downtown restaurants. For every sample purchased at participating restaurants, customers will receive an entry into the Savor Saturday contest of dinner for two at one of the restaurants.

Participating restaurants are the Corner Cafe, Crystal Cafe, Gyro King, Maka Mia Pizza Downtown Parkersburg, My Way Lounge and Restaurant, Parkersburg Brewing Company, The Blennerhassett Restaurant and Lounge, The Cocktail Bar (TCB) and Unity Cafe & Eatery.
