Wirt County Fair continues through Saturday

ELIZABETH — The 2019 Wirt County Fair, which opened Wednesday, will continue today through Saturday at the Camp Barbe 4-H grounds along W.Va. 14 near Elizabeth.

The fair features track events, entertainment, concessions, carnival rides and livestock programs.

Daily admission is $7 ages 3 and up and free for 2 years and under. A season ticket is $23 for ages 3 and up. Senior citizens are admitted for $5 until 6 p.m. today.

This year’s entertainers will include Patsy Cline tribute artist Sherry Wilson Braid, Glenville State College Jazz Band and local country singer Jake Binegar.
