ELPRO promotes Sisson to online channel manager
MARIETTA — Swiss-based global environmental monitoring solutions manufacturer ELPRO BUCHS-AG has promoted Vienna resident Sarah Sisson to the position of online channel manager for ELPRO Services Inc., the company’s U.S.-based subsidiary serving the Americas.
Sisson joined ELPRO in July 2022 as a customer success specialist. Over the last two years, she has held various roles, including inside sales specialist and online sales specialist, where she has demonstrated a deep understanding of ELPRO’s products and solutions and a commitment to customer relations, the company said in a release.
Sisson holds a master’s degree in public health from West Virginia University and a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
In her new role as online channel manager, Sisson will oversee and optimize relationships with key channel partners, focus on driving growth through strategic partnerships and ensure the sustained success of ELPRO’s partner ecosystem, the release said. Her responsibilities will include managing ELPRO’s online sales channels, integrating new digital platforms and implementing strategies to expand the company’s online presence and sales performance.
“Over the two years that she has been with ELPRO, Sarah has demonstrated exceptional skills in customer relations and sales, along with a deep understanding of our products and solutions,” said Mike Quinn, ELPRO’s director of sales for the Americas. “Sarah’s hard work and dedication have significantly contributed to increasing business through our online sales channel. In her position as online channel manager, she will play a pivotal role in driving growth and strengthening our relationships with channel partners.”
