Washington County Career Center to hold open house for ASPIRE program
MARIETTA — The ASPIRE program will hold an open house in celebration of Adult Education Week in Ohio from June 10-14.
The event will be held from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. June 10 at the Washington County Career Center and will be an opportunity for the community to learn about the educational resources available to Ohio residents who do not have their high school diploma.
Attendees can explore the ASPIRE program’s offerings, including the Adult Diploma Program that is free to Ohio residents 18 or older, providing essential job training and a clear pathway to in-demand career fields in healthcare, business, CDL and the trades.
Event highlights include a guided tour of the school to see the resources available to students, members of the ASPIRE team and an informational Session to learn more about how the ASPIRE program can help achieve a high school diploma or equivalency and gain valuable job skills.
“The ASPIRE program is committed to providing educational opportunities that empower individuals and strengthen our community,” Ashli Diamond, ASPIRE/Ohio Options coordinator, said. “We invite everyone to join us for this informative and celebratory event, where you can learn about the pathways available to a brighter future!”
