NCORP awards Dr. Kelli Cawley Silver Certificate of Excellence for cancer research

MARIETTA — Memorial Health System announced that medical oncologist Dr. Kelli Cawley, at the Belpre Cancer Center, has been awarded the Silver Certificate of Excellence from National Cancer Institute Community Oncology Research Program.

NCORP is a national network that brings cancer clinical trials and care delivery studies to people in their communities. The NCORP network designs and conducts clinical trials in the areas of cancer prevention, screening, supportive care and symptom management, surveillance, health-related quality of life and cancer care delivery.

Cawley has been recognized by NCORP officials for her cancer research during the 2023 year and for exceptional achievement in patient enrollments for NCI treatment and cancer control throughout the year.
