Marietta healing and massage business donates to the community

MARIETTA — Patrick Engle of Engle’s Natural Healing and Massage in Marietta is proud that his company returns 30 percent of what it makes to the community.

“Right now I’m the only massage that gives back, not just works on backs,” he said.

Engle’s Natural Healing and Massage is located 121 Greene St. He was located in Vienna near Scots Landscaping, but moved to Marietta more than four years ago.

Engle said he is involved with several organizations.

Among those are the Lowell Elementary School volleyball team, local soccer clubs, is a corporate sponsor of the Ohio River Sternwheel Festival and regularly donates to the United Way.

Engle has created a scholarship in memory of his mother, the Wana Rinard Scholarship, for volleyball players. The recipient, will receive $1,000, he said.

Engle’s Natural Healing and Massage has recently expanded into a second room, the reflexology and relaxation room. Services, besides massages, include ionic foot baths, shiatsu massage, parafin dips and access consciousness the bars.

The hours are 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. The phone number is 740 834-8195.
