Smith Orthodontics giving free braces to teachers

PARKERSBURG — Smith Orthodontics is showing its appreciation to the teachers who have worked hard to educate kids, both online and in person.

During January and February, teachers can register for a chance to receive braces free of charge.

The free treatment includes all exams, x-rays, braces and retainers. The winner can be seen at either of the Smith Orthodontics in Parkersburg or Ripley and can use the treatment for themselves or give it to a member of the family.

“As a mother of two and someone who provides healthcare to kids and teens every day, I understand how challenging this situation has been for students and teachers,” Smith said. “Whether they are teaching remotely or in the classroom, I want teachers to know how much we appreciate everything they’re doing for our kids.”

Entries can be made at www.dramyortho.com/teacher-free-braces-giveaway/ through Feb. 28. The recipient will be notified in March and will be able to immediately start treatment.

Smith Orthodontics provides complete orthodontic care, including braces, Invisalign, two-phase treatment and appliances.
