Poling gets accreditation
PARKERSBURG — Ben Poling has become Accredited in Business Valuation and brings that credential to the Parkersburg accounting firm of MEPB.
The credential identifies valuation professions who have the ability to provide sound and reliable business services.
“Ben and I have worked together on valuations for many years,” Ed McDonough, managing shareholder, said. “Achieving the ABV designation demonstrates Ben’s commitment to excellence.”
Poling is a Mid-Ohio Valley native who joined MEPB in 2012. He resides in Parkersburg with his wife, Rachel, and two children, daughter Kaeler and son Logan.
He has a bachelor’s of applied science in business administration and a regents bachelor’s of arts from West Virginia University at Parkersburg. Poling is a member of the Camden Clark Medical Center Board of Trustees and the Board of Governors of the Parkersburg Country Club.
“Our goal as a firm is to help our clients grow. Valuations come into play in so many instances; it is important to have the knowledge and resources of the ABV to give our clients the superior information they need to succeed,” Poling said.
