Denise Ann Shrader and Stanley Seldon Bailey were united in marriage on Oct. 24 at the Masonic Park Lodge in Devola.
The bride is the daughter of Ronald and Tina Smithberger Jr. of Reno. She is the granddaughter of Janice Schultheis of Reno, Ronald and Carolyn Smithberger Sr. of Newport, the late Ronald Schultheis and the late James and Patricia Shrader.
The bridegroom is the son of Stanley and Kathy Bailey of Marietta. He is the grandson of Helen and Junior Nolan, Ann Bailey, all of Marietta and the late Seldon Bailey.
The bride wore a strapless ivory dress, handmade by her Aunt Garland Valentine. The dress had lace accents with a green lace underlay, her hair was done in a 1970’s pin-up up-do and she wore Batman flip flops.
The maid of honor was Trenna Tucker and the bridesmaids were Tonya Moffatt, sister of the groom, Mikalah and Kaitlyn Bailey, daughters of the groom, and Teresa Adkins. The flower girls were Ciera Carter, niece of the bride, and Skylar Adkins.
The bride was given away by her brother Logan Shrader.
The best man was Ivin Adkins, and the groomsmen were Nathaniel Bailey, son of the groom, Bryan Moffatt, Randy Nolan, and Cody Mugrage.
The ring bearers were Dalton, Garrett, and Wyatt Moffatt, the groom’s nephews, and Jamari Nixon.
There was a dinner and dance reception following the ceremony, also at Masonic Park.
