Permission you are giving to the correction of your writing.

Make that: I give you permission to correct my grammar, or anything else my about writing, any time you like.

“Harry the truth is I would never correct someone who was not acting like a fool. ”

Since you’ve graded so many English papers, I give you permission to correct my grammar, or anything else about writing, any time you like.

I want to learn. And I’m not being sarcastic. Cooperating with correction zaps pride.

Actually, It seems to me that Fox viewers aren't so much uninformed as misinformed.

I would caution about taking too much from that poll. Namely that it only polled 600 and they were all from New Jersey.

“People were asked questions about news habits and current events in a statewide poll of 600 New Jersey residents (in 2011). Results showed that viewers of Sunday morning news shows were the most informed about current events, while Fox News viewers were the least informed. In fact, FDU poll results showed they were even less informed than those who say they don’t watch any news at all.”

Kendall78, personally i would prefer to setting aside one's own blood supply for any planned medical procedure that may require replacement of lost blood. personally i would not have a problem with anyone that donates blood that does not have a disease. the problem is the testing of the donated blood. according to what i have found, the testing is limited to around 7 predominant diseases. that leaves the door wide open for a grab bag of other known and unknown diseases to taint the nations blood supply. i will say that the majority of blood donors are sincere and honest people when it comes to their intentions and their concern for their fellow man. however, getting a transfusion of blood from the generic pool is still a gamble at best. there are still many that donate that probably should have been stingy with their blood. still, when given the choice in a life-saving situation, most would take the gamble because if not death would be certain anyway....infected or not.

And I call into question of what facts are you referring to.

You seem to take a blind leap from certain people have certain diseases from their sexual practices to banning those people you dislike from giving blood.

Again Ithink, answer the question...If a person does not have Aids or any disease, should they be allowed to give blood? Yes or no.

Don't be a coward.

You say I am uninformed because you thought I did not watch Fox. I do watch Fox and you still want to call me uninformed.

Are you confused or something?

That's cute..you ignore everything except that which upsets your ego. Typical.

If you don't want to stand up for you position and want it applied to real policy, then what purpose do you serve in giving your opinion except to please yourself?

Posted 226 days ago.

Was kendall uninforned añd became upset af facts he didñ't know? I won't shut up.

Harry the truth is I would never correct someone who was not acting like a fool. I love WV dialect.

"Not my fault, but Kendall will try to blame me."

I am not blaming you for anything except being bias to a person because of their sexual orientation instead of actually figuring out if they have a disease.

Let's put it this way....should a person that does not have Aids or any other disease give blood? Yes or no.

Kendall78

"I have nothing to do with regulations about blood donors."

Then shut your mouth.

"I try to be informed."

That is open to debate.

"You liberals"

Not a liberal, I'm a moderate.

"could get lots of info from...And Fox News."

I watch Fox already.

"You are woefully uninformed,"

Is that due to watching Fox?

Thank you, harry. I love your genuine WV republican ideals.

Ithink,

Before you boast about your grammar skills and criticize others’, you may want to correct your own writing, to wit:

“An example from 2 days ago of barker's obnoxious and untrue yips.” This isn’t a sentence; it has no verb.

“You and Fred et al ,are evidently…” The abbreviation et al. requires a period after it, not a space and a comma.

“They just ride whatever is the current of the day, to the bank.” No comma should be used in this sentence.

“…your beloved science has proven that the unnatural acts which cause bleeding, do lead to disease. This sentence has 2 errors—the added comma and the misuse of “which.” Use “that” when the phrase it introduces is essential to the sentence’s meaning. Alternatively, insert a comma before “which.”

Now don’t get me wrong. Unlike you, I don’t claim expertise. You may have “graded many English papers,” but I’m sure glad better grammarians graded mine!

You’re the Keystone Kops version of the Grammar Police.

I have graded many English papers. Rush does not make mistakes. Are you skinny? You seem to have a fascination with his weight. I subscribe to his ditto cam page and he looks pretty good to me. You and Fred et al ,are evidently jealous of Rush's 20 million listeners.

An example from 2 days ago of barker's obnoxious and untrue yips. " 'Your' actually saying slaves had it good......"

No I wasn't. I was saying my early ancestors had it rough too. And thankfully, America has made us all free for years now.

Posted 226 days ago.

Barker, while you are doing your hyena laugh, see if you can figure out the difference between "your" and "you're", which you misuse often. Rush never makes grammatical mistakes, so I am not used to it.
