Was The Obamacare Fiasco An Àccident Or Planned?

It seems more likely every day that Obama did not care if this sign up works or not. He did nothing to make it work. Full speed ahead to total socialized health care. Via obama, the community organizer.

I don't think the obama administration bothers with bids. It has been " crony time " since he was first elected. And laws are only followed if they conform to his far left ideology.

"If Obama wanted the website to work as well as Kayak**** why didn't he hire their designers?"

Random you and me both know for a fact that when it comes to the government handing out contracts the best rarely get it. Its the low bid guy that gets it....or someone with connections.

You think the ACA website is bad you oughta do some digging on how the Navy outsources its I.T needs.

A computer that would cost me or you less than a grand I think ends up costing over 3000 when the contractor sells it to government. Its some bs number like that.

Its just an an example of the ridiculousness present in the government.

Actually it is off the ground but its starting to actually experience a similar issue that the Russian N-1 moon rocket experienced.

A dangerous pogo oscillation!

So yea not only did I outdo you thumbing your nose at the ACA.

I also dropped a reference that I am pretty sure you know nothing about. Thusly proving my superiority at daming BarackHusssseinObamacare.

There can only be one!

"Though Obama famously promised that those who liked their health care coverage could keep it under his program, in reality, the health care law imposes a raft of new regulations on insurance policies starting Jan. 1 that are forcing insurers across the country to terminate existing plans."

Yep right there is a problem. I expect the Democrats to sweep that under the rug and ignore it.

Say maybe the Republicans can do something about it?

Oh wait they can't. They went made a good portion of the country dislike them to the point where the people may not listen to them for a long time to come.

"This is not a game"

Gee you don't say. Thanks for pointing out the obvious.

LOL!

Oh my chickens YOU guys are incredibly dense.

I did not say they were the same Tiredofit. I am making comparisons on similar circumstances in regards to certain things they have in common.

Even the name of this mess is a lie. Affordable care, my eye.

Just google, and see that this is a nightmare, not a game to many Americans. But it is Obama's game.

This is not a game. Every day I read where thousands more have lost their insurance.

"How about being sure you have a website that works before demanding every American register and buy a product under penalty of LAW."

You guys could have brought that to the table but the demands of the right was that it be completely defunded.

Also acting in a hysterical manner about the whole thing tends to diminish any momentum one would have and getting their demands met.

Lets say you were at a flea market and someone wanted something you were selling. But not at the price you had marked on it. Would you cut a deal with someone who started screaming at you objecting to the price and demanding that it be lower?

I would hope not. In fact I bet you'd tell them to pi55 off.

But I must say the overriding issue is that if the right wanted this to not happen then they should have floated their own solution to people's lack of access to affordable health care.

I have heard some compelling solution from some on the right to deal with that.

But wheww boy their voice was drowned out by the right having a collective hissy fit.

If someone is building something wrong dont just sit back and scream at them get up off your rear end and show them a better way.

You want to talk about issues with the ACA lets talk about the issue that is going to coming up in this area.

Due to the lack of insurer competition this area will see higher premiums.

This is primarily happening in rural areas. Or lower populated areas.

Now thats a real problem.

Pray tell how is your opinion on this issue worth anything when you want it to fail?

Seems to me you have a conflict of interest.

But oh my guess what? Those problems have been fixed.

You Tiredofit are foolishly assuming that these problems means that it will never work.

But then again you actually need that to happen for your world view about this whole issue to be validated don't you.

Therefor you will slam it anyway you can.

Facts be danged!

Microsoft spent a lot of time developing Xbox 360 hardware and they still encountered a significant issue with the hardware.

Look at the Playstation Network. Years of development there and it still got hacked and shut down for awhile.

Tiredofit is doing a freaking wonderful job of showing off his enormous ignorance on this subject.

He is also trying to make me look like the fool rather than actually using logic and reason to understand what I am saying.

No freaking surprise!

I wouldn’t call someone “maroon” and “obtuse one,” without ensuring that my own claims are reasonable and factual.

Tiredofit wrote, “…they had years to make a website work. One that you will be fined by the IRS if you cannot navigate.”

That statement makes two invalid assumptions—that the website is the only way to sign up and that the problems with the website will not be fixed in time for people to sign up before the deadline. Since people can sign up by phone or paper, they don’t have to “navigate” the website.

Tiredofit claimed that the website cost $600M. The Washington Post Fackchecker reported, “The floor for spending on the Web site to date appears to be at least $170 million, with an upward potential of nearly $300 million.”

ww w.washingtonpost.co m/blogs/fact-checker/wp/2013/10/24/how-much-did-healthcare-gov-cost/?tid=auto_complete

Invalid assumptions and an unprovable figure. Talk about pathetic arguments! Did Tiredofit “take a bite out of (his own) credibili

Do yourself a favor and look up the Xbox 360 red ring of death problem.

Look at how long it took Microsoft to fix that problem!

These days when complex systems are first rolled out IT IS TO BE EXPECTED that there will be problems.
