Marshall University Professor, Christopher Swindell, suggests NRA advocates should be executed by firing squad

Professor Swindell accuses the NRA of advocating armed insurrection against the "duly elected government of the United States of America." (I guess I didn't get the memo). As a matter of fact, I don't believe a single shot was fired in the name of protecting our second amendment rights while battling this latest scheme to chip away at them. Swindell goes on to say that he would defend our country from members of the NRA by sending an M1 Abrams tank and F-22 Raptor. I suppose he thinks that they will be commanded and piloted by staunch anti-constitutionalists. I don't recall meeting any myself while serving, but I suppose they are out there somewhere. His statement also supports my argument. Why should I keep the right to high capacity magazines and assault weapons? Because I have a solemn right and obligation to maintain the security of a free state and my federal government has nuclear weapons, tanks and F-22 Raptors (and a squeaky wheel demographic that would use them).

Have you read Swindell munster? If not, you’re just another rube spouting his liberal tripe.

All one has to do to see the facts munster is read Swindell's op-ed pieces in the Charleston Gazette to see that he's a true left wing fanatic. Feel free to offer evidence to the contrary if you like.

I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Munster isn't a Swindell minion. There's not very many ultra, or should that be ignorant liberals in this area and about the only thing they do well is stick together. One thing is certain, they add nothing to the conversation as they can't debate.

There's a new kid in town, or at least Herman has a new name. He also just discovered copy and paste.

I've enfaged Swindell on a few occasions. Simply put, he's an idiot. If he had his way, the right would be e terminated. He's the reason I didn't return to Marshall when I returned to school. If they're going to employ the likes of this individual, I want no part of the University.

And given this domestic spying business going on and the simple fact that both parties are equally responsible for it I'll say this.

Lets put it this way. They know each and every single person that would have the proclivity to join in on something like that.

Its not just the fact that they are collecting that data it is how they collate it and what they get from it.

I am betting they have a threat matrix of each and every person that has a digital footprint.

You guys are glossing over the fact that there is a whole heap of revolutionary innuendo being whispered and screamed by some on the right.

Anyone who thinks for a second that armed revolution will do any good for this country is insane. Because if it were to happen I can guarantee you that it would be used as the excuse to nullify the constitution.

This country would go into a state of martial law and not come out of it in any form resembling its former self.

Read the editorial and the comments in the Charleston paper. He actually came to the comments and after awhile tried to back track his own editorial. For a professor of journalism he wrote fairly poorly with misspelling and grammatical errors. When about 90% of the comments threatened to contact the Marshall's Dean's Office as to why he even had a job, that's when he started backtracking. I believe the original is in the Charleston Gazette.
