Thankfully, the anti-science propaganda campaign surrounding man-made climate change seems to have lost some of its effect.

Are you seeing storm clouds on the horizon? Two recent studies suggest that the latest anti-science campaign is following its forerunners--the propaganda campaigns attempting to refute science that tobacco causes cancer, that CFC's caused the hole in the ozone layer, and so on—into oblivion. Global warming denial seems to have climbed to a peak in 2010, and global warming acceptance is now climbing. This bodes well for rational public policy.

Funny thing is , over on the times forum he started using the derogatory term "fluffer" and nobody knew what the heck he was talking about ! Well once looked up it stands as a beacon of the type of "person" he is !Only a perverted mind would ever know what that was !

Here's the thing about Tiredofit.

When he encounters other people and views them through the lens of his highly politicized dogma anyone that has an opinion that he strongly disagrees with is looked at as a threat.

When that happens he automatically assigns them a label. Socialists.

That being done he no longer has to play fair anymore. Because the assigning of a label is an act of demonization and once demonized the no respect or other acts of civility need apply to them.

All that said and done. Its a win at any costs battle. Lie,cheat, misrepresent, demonization are all going to be used to destroy credibility, cast doubt and undermine the other person.

We've seen all those tactics deployed by Tiredofit. Whether he realizes it or not.

But maybe there is something in what the socialists are saying.

I mean if you really look at what capitalism has done to this state you can only conclude that this state and its people were given the raw end of the deal.

Just consider the amount of coal pulled from our mountains...consider how much wealth that represents...then look at how impoverished the areas where the mining took place are today.

Capitalists took so much and gave back so little.

And now lets discuss why you brought that article up.

Its really simple. Its a hit piece. Its you trying to connect us to what was more than likely a small part of that march in attempt to paint us as socialists.

I checked out that article you linked to Tiredofit.

All I have to say is those people who preach that would should totally stop using carbon based fuels are about as foolish as the knee jerk commenters on that very same article.

While in Congress, Inglis had a 100% rating from the Christian Coalition.

Which reminds me of what Paul wrote to Timothy: Avoid foolish and ignorant disputes, knowing that they generate strife.

Inglis founded the Energy and Enterprise institute at George Mason University. Those interested can check them out at energyandenterprise dotcom.

Sure you wrote it. I remember when. It was a few days before the first of this year.

Pardon me if I need more proof than YOUR memory

One does not have to prove innocence, it's up to those making the accusations to provide proof. One does not have to prove that nature is running nature, it's up to those that claim man is overriding nature to make the case

It's difficult for Republicans to accept the views of most climate scientists because the counter climate change movement heaps especial vitriol on those who do. The counter climate change movement even tries to shame them out of the party.

Yet, despite that hurdle, I believe more and more Republicans will be courageous and speak out like Bob Inglis did.
