Thankfully, the anti-science propaganda campaign surrounding man-made climate change seems to have lost some of its effect.

Are you seeing storm clouds on the horizon? Two recent studies suggest that the latest anti-science campaign is following its forerunners--the propaganda campaigns attempting to refute science that tobacco causes cancer, that CFC's caused the hole in the ozone layer, and so on—into oblivion. Global warming denial seems to have climbed to a peak in 2010, and global warming acceptance is now climbing. This bodes well for rational public policy.

Hey Tired go on google and look up Norfolk&Western Railroad Norfolk Va rail yard where they brought the coal trains so they could load ships.

Just look at how much coal is right in that area and think about how long practices like that went on...all over this country and world.

That coal represents a massive amount of carbon. We used it and it ended up in the atmosphere.

Some of it does get reintroduced into the carbon cycle but not anywhere near all of it.

That excess carbon has been building up for a long time. Well to us anyways.

Also we really aren't going to have argue about where fossil fuels came from.

You aren't one of these yahoo's who thinks it comes from deep within the earth and therefore will never run out are you?

Hello! Who was it that called me short bus?

I just love how you act so pious at times on here.

I call you names because you call me names and make wild insinuations about political tendencies I do not prescribe to.

I am do unto others as other do unto me type of guy.

God LOL! What do think billions of tons of co2 is going to do. We know its a heat trapping gas.

You denying doesn't mitigate that fact.

"This carbon was sequestered and not part of the planet's carbon cycle for a very long period of time.

EVIDENCE?????

WOW! Are you really that dimwitted?

Where is most of the fossil fuels we use located.

Underground! And in some cases not only under thousands of feet of rock but also thousands of feet of water.

LOL! You have to actually have an opinion people will consider for you to "destroy" my comments.

Ohhhh. I'm shaking. LOL!

You've burned you credibility being a grade A prick.

So Tiredofit. Exactly how much time are you willing to waste on here?

Look at all the attention you pay us on here.

Makes me wonder if you aint a lonely old man with nothing better to do.

You definitely got the geriatric contrariness down pat.

Tiredofit you have no credibility. Deny it all you want. I'll still be here. Patiently dealing with your toddler a55.

I don't care how much of a waste of time it is. Because I care about the truth. And if I am at some point proven wrong. Then so what.

The provable facts about man climate change are thus.

We know co2 is a greenhouse gas. We know prior to the industrial revolution man didn't really emit massive amounts of carbon into the atmosphere. With the increased use of fossil fuels namely coal and later others we started pumping ever larger amounts of co2 into the air.

This carbon was sequestered and not part of the planet's carbon cycle for a very long period of time.

Adding in all of the carbon that wasn't there 100+ years ago has changed our climate. The earth radiates less heat than it used to. We absorb more heat. Although temperature wise the increase is small it still has an effect.

Well lets get onto that proof.

Yep. Sanctimonious response cheeeck.

The only reason I said you won is that I just wanted to see your response.

You haven't won anything. Because for you to win I would have to feel that I have been beaten.

Unlike you I am honest and I will readily admit if I am wrong about something.

Then again I am not an a55hole like you. Seems like that is a requirement to be a conservative.

Name one climate scientist who says greenhouse gases in the atmosphere don't prevent heat from radiating back into space.

We can't provide any proof. You win. :)

I won't pay attention to the opinions of political propagandists like Al Gore.

Name one climate scientist who says greenhouse gases in the atmosphere don't prevent heat from radiating back into space.

I'll check back later for your answer. In case you forget the question, I'll repeat it.

I would also like to thank Tired and Joe for their support as well about man made climate change.

That good information was provided and supported by them after all :)

Tiredofit, don't expect them from you if that's what you think, I am quite convinced you don't have any

Posted 68 days ago.

"THat is just a lie"

And yet you have never convinced anyone to an alternative of what's causing the change. You just sit on your hands with a tinfoil hat on, babbling nonsense about government conspiracies.

Name one climate scientist who says greenhouse gases in the atmosphere don't prevent heat from radiating back into space.

You said I lied. Now here's your chance to prove it. Name a published climate scientist who denies greenhouse gases keep heat from escaping earth.

There is no facts that you won't deny. So can you rationalize why anyone should provide you with facts?
