Leaving the scene of an accident

I was wondering if there is any way to find out who hit my car. I was parked in the Planet Fitness parking lot last night (11-17) between 5:30 and 6:30 and someone who had parked beside me on the passenger side hit my car scraping down the side of it and tore my mirror off. None of the building there have camera's outside.
