Republican Presidential candidates seek to make courts subservient to Congress.

WaPo reports that 6 of 8 Republican Presidential candidates—all but Huntsman and Romney—“ want to wipe away lifetime tenure for federal judges, cut the budgets of courts that displease them or allow Congress to override Supreme Court rulings on constitutional issues.” .
